In Daniel we are told that "judgement will be given in favor of the saints". Does that sound like being declared guilty to you? Jesus took the guilt and sentence of death upon Himself. But because we all die, that must be the second death Jesus accepted on our behalf. That was a legally...

It was the same with Israel. When they were freed from bondage and slavery in Egypt they had no idea of God's laws either... So within 3 months God took them to Sinai. Now you may ask, now that I'm a Christian, do I need to keep laws? Of course you do. They are God's laws... Not Israel's laws...

I am going to pick out this excerpt from your post because it encapsulates the problem Christians have with this topic. You have resorted to your own intellect to create an issue that doesn't exist. Sure, the days we use today are named after pagan gods. But to make a connection of that with the...

DNB specifically said if a person continue to sin he will not be judged by the law because Christians are under grace. In other words, he is using Jesus as the Israelites used a heifer grazing in the back paddock. It's like a get out of jail free card. Do you really believe that continuing to...

That my friend has to be one of the most dangerous beliefs in Christendom. Those people listed in one of the final books in Revelation, the ones left outside the kingdom... The liars, murderers, slavers, adulterers etc... You really think that they will be condemned, unless they are Christian...

I think humanism does indeed reflect self improvement, but a worldview of making oneself your own authority must be internet in self improvement. You do the improving... The power comes from within you... The goals and intents are your own. You are your own god. Now in the matter of choosing...

You are concerned with the international corporate bankers, believing they are solely responsible for the coming NWO. Now I won't argue that they are certainly involved, but are they in charge,? Using the prophetic picture of the woman riding the beast, which character do you suppose, using...

May I suggest you do a little research into the Vatican current view on climate change? The pope has written and spoken often on the subject.... Using it to further his own global ambitions without a doubt. Is his climate concern serious,? Maybe. But you can bet your last dollar it takes a back...

But he has already done that. Why did you not recognise him?

SDAs aren't confused. Nothing that has taken place over the last 150 years has led to any change in our church's understanding of prophecy. In fact, every other Christian Church had had to change their eschatological views, but ours still harmonise with current events. There was a major meeting...

Think about this a moment... How big a difference would it make to your general perception of prophetic time if you discovered that the "falling away" spoken of by Paul in Thessalonians began to transpire immediately after the apostolic age, accelerated exponentially during the dark ages, was...

There is an ad on TV here which you may have seen informing us that one Australian dies of cancer every 12 minutes. Cancer is also a virus. But if you can't "catch' cancer, why can you "catch' covid? Not in specifics, no. But there are certainly many general signs, even with specific dates that...

Most sadly, it isn't the only delusion. There are other truths being rejected, and perhaps if those others were not rejected, neither would creation.

Or they couch their language in such a way as to deceive, such as the Vatican did in the 1999 agreement with the Lutheran's. The Vatican today no more believes in the Protestant understanding of justification any more than did their predecessors 400 years ago. It's just a sham, a pretence, and...

You need to study your Bible. Hebrew days began at sunset. The scriptures were written from that Hebrew worldview. Which is why the Sabbath is measured from sunset to sunset.

What I am seeing here in answer to the original question, are Protestants saved? As far as the Catholics are concerned, is no. Protestants are not saved according to Catholics because they do not belong to the so called true church. Seems nothing has changed. It wasn't that long ago that the...

This has absolutely nothing to do with your theory and claim that your specific physical house belongs to God. The spiritual house that all children of God now being to is God's house. KJV Ephesians 2 In Christ All Partitions are Broken 11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past...

The issue here is not whether evolution or creationism can be proved out not. It isn't about argument and evidence for one side or the other. The real issue... The real question... Is... Do I believe scripture? Period. If you look at scripture through the eyes of science then science is your...

I would add, that not only is there only One Who can forgive sin, but only that one can give the power and Spirit to overcome it.

This is the reality of heresy within protestantism... Could have posted this on that other thread 'heresy' ...I wonder if anyone here has their eyes open sufficiently to discern what's happening here?
