Jesus said he only came for Israel. So, it stands to reason he would be primarily talking to Israel. Do you suppose nothing Jesus ever said applies to the world unless there is a prerequisite quantity of gentiles that meet your satisfaction? Prove it. Where is your evidence?

Isn't the only kind of Christian a New Testament Christian? I think you are confusing WHAT with HOW. Jesus was referring to WHAT, giving all men rest through him. It is a preposterous contradiction to suppose the HOW excludes Sabbath.

An invented term. I don't know anyone who is. Great post @ButterflyJones! I too consider it a great gift. I hold that Jesus was crucified on Wednesday, interred at dusk, and was resurrected by his God Saturday at dusk BECAUSE it is the only way the math works out. This means Jesus was alive...

Any evidence is available. Your question reveals a broken acceptance criteria. Here is any evidence: The Messiah was a Jew born under the law and followed it perfectly. The law includes the Sabbath. As a Christian, we are commanded to follow the Messiah. I trust no Scripture references are...

Secrecy is not demonic. Hmmm. Jane, the evidence of the penalties are not quite 'stating love of Christ' are they? Disembowlment and dismemberment is not in Scripture. How do you defend that or do you deny these endowment penalties accurately reflect what LDS ceremonies involve? There is...

Yes, I sure do. My impressions were always very, VERY positive about Mormons. Surprised certain denominations here are especially critiqued. Don't hear much bad about Nestorianism, for instance, by comparison.

Exactly! Saw a funny meme of Jesus sitting on a rock with a young boy. The caption read, “Everyone else had their doctrine just a little off.”

It’s good to know we agree.

Could you be more specific of these demonic temple ordinances?

Telling exchange. I suppose MatthewG was referring to intellectual inquiry when he wrote 'challenge anything and everything' rather than a practical way to live moment to moment.

Forks and spoons are not about entertainment but utility. The same with Athens or Jerusalem, philosophy or theology. Philosophy represents the height of human achievement. One way to know this is the highest level of education references this fact. Using the language of French, where the object...

Wonderful man.

A liberal One who believes it is entirely possible to pick up a turd from the clean end.

I'm in favor of all that. Thanks for bringing all this to our attention. DeSantis is doing a great job in Florida protecting kids from a global political agenda that will sacrifice their fertility and happiness long term.

That's really the best answer. The Bible uses as a literary device to proclaim there is no Jew or Gentile but literally speaking Christ followers come from all walks of life and it is not necessary to suppose we must agree on every little thing - including politics, musical preferences, or even...

Everyone here but you sees the truth. Why are you posting here again?

@TinMan continues to downplay the evil of homosexuality. He takes the least innocuous act and pretends that is the total basis of objection. He is lying to himself.

Not sure what this has to do with the price of tea in China.

No but homosexuals do get what they deserve.
