If not now, when? At this season I believe is the easiest time. And yes indeed, we pray that many will in the next days be spiritually aware of a brilliant light shining right into their souls. I am sure we remember the day that it happened for us. Lord, Let Your light shine!

Agree Miss Hepburn...this is all we need to read.. :) “Nothing Without Him” By Zach Wood Psalm 16:1-2 NIV Keep me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge. I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” God wants us to take refuge in Him and rely on Him for everything. .

A is for Angels, appearing so bright, telling of Jesus that first Christmas night. "And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host." Luke 2:13. B is for Bethlehem, crowded and old, birthplace of Jesus by prophet foretold. "But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, out of thee shall...

Sing to the Lord for what He has done. “I will sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted.” “Who is like You...majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?” “Both horse and its rider He has hurled into the sea.” “The Lord is my strength and my song…” The Lord is my...

Yes amen..God bless you and protect you all, as you share the Good News with others. ✟

@Richard_oti Thank you for your response. Agree that is probably very true, either there is an immaturity or an uncertainty. I think those who focus on repentance all the time...cannot be rejoicing in their freedom from darkness into light or confident of God's power to deliver. "Amazing...

We shall see, wont we? ;) You know that I cannot agree with you....but never mind... Obviously one of us is wrong...it may indeed be me... ....but I will die believing that God paid the full price in Jesus Christ. I will die maintaining that the price of Love was paid. I will die...

Sounds good...but I don't agree with it :) Jesus went to the bars, and rubbed shoulders with publicans and sinners...He did not go to the Synagogue to find the "sinners"!!! He stood in boats or on hills and in fields.. It used to puzzle me in my early christian days when we all gathered in...

Agree...they, unlike mankind did not have a Saviour who suffered, bled and died for them...."to me" it is in seeing the great love and sacrifice that will finally sweep all the rebellion and indifference out of man's heart.... ✟

Another good word of encouragement. ✟

Because twinc, I do not believe that any man who stands before the Lord ( as we all will) can help but be slain , he himself dead, but his soul comes alive when seeing the glory of Almighty God. That is just what I believe.

It takes a while does it not...to finally see that 'out there'...we will never ever encounter peace, goodness, etc whatever state our heart is in..the kingdom is within....without is only unrest and disillusionment, and the false... We first encounter peace within...as each does this..then the...

Okay yes...speaking of congregations...lifeless and mostly dead. Takers not givers... Let the dead bury the dead... Speaking of the Church...alive and well...unseen, watching and waiting , with ears wide open.

Maybe. :) But it would have to be before they were 'let in'!! If they are there, they would not longer be Atheists!! Phil 2:10 "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, ........ And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."...

I am probably a bad one to ask. For I would have two answers. ( as you so often say bbyrd009 :D First one..visual dead mixture.. Finish this sentence, whomever, if you would; "The church is currently _impotent_______." Second answer..The real alive Church.. "Finish this sentence, whomever, if...

Maybe it is a cop out to say- " Fruit" ..but that is all I can say. ;) For myself, some that we 'led to the Lord' years ago didn't seem to go on...but who knows.. 40 years later ,we are still in contact with 3 others who became co pastors...one is actually a lead pastor in a large church now...

As I was reading this morning…my thoughts were on “sin consciousness”…. I know some , maybe many Christians, seem to still be quite sin conscious. We’ve had a thread or two on the subject of Repentance. Some will maybe say- “ But we are to live in the spirit and attitude of repentance...

I am persuaded that you have the 'better part'...I so often regret that I answer far too quickly...you do much better. I say too openly what I believe and what I disagree with. You do much better by holding your tongue ...that way you have not as many regrets as I far too often have. ;)

Agree...Yes.

Oh good, finally we can see the photo's! :) I don't like snakes, bugs, spiders etc...so I think I would rather have our snow. Haha!!
