    The Gospel of Reconciliation

True. But God does the work to bring you to belief, and he did the work you believe in, Hence it is his work not yours. The only condition is the cross. and whether you look to it in faith. or reject it in unbelief.. Again., look to moses and the serpent. Jesus used that for a reason.. why do...

    The Gospel of Reconciliation

Baptism is a work of righteousness. Paul said we were not saved by works of righteousness. Belief is the work of God (john 6) You can;t boast because you trusted in someone else to save you. and received his gift. John said as many as have believed him to THEM he gave the right to become...

    The Gospel of Reconciliation

False. Do you ever read John 3? who is the we in Romans 5: 5 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, The same people who were born again in John 3. Yet Jesus said he was sent to die for the world. and used Moses and the serpent as...

    The Gospel of Reconciliation

He died for the word. But only those who believe will be reconciled. Just like in the OT. Moses put the serpent on the pole so the people of Israel could be saved, it could have saved them all. But only those who believes and look were saved.

    The Gospel of Reconciliation

Amen Jesus said the same thing in John 5: 24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Why do we need born again

Being born again is a change in out status we were dead to God. We are now alive in Christ. Its not our body, Our body is still dead Romans 8: Romans 8:10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. You should not tell people...

    Is Reality an Illusion?

As you can see, this posts boasts in self. He thinks he can achieve sinless perfection. And that is how we achieve eternal life. He speaks against religion. Yet his belief is based on religion. (What he does) it has no faith in the power of God to save to the utmost those that are lost. Not...

    Is Reality an Illusion?

scripture is clear, we are in adam (dead) or we are in Christ (life) There is no other state. Yet people want to believe we are tossed to and fro from state to state, and have to make sure we are in the right state when we die. What kind of Hope is that? what kind of promise is that? what...

Why do we need born again

It does, it shows me you have fallen for fatalism, or double predestination. Or calvanism, By which you were accused of early. And I stuck up for you which I now know was error on my part (see I am not perfect)
  18. Eternally Grateful

Why do we need born again

Thats funny, That is what I have said now at least twice, if not more. This is fatalism, and is not true. God can not make you alive while still dead in your sin. The sin issue must be resolved first. God did not pick you out because you were special. While he refuses to allow many others to...
