:D That made me laugh out loud...so was well worth a 'like'...I nearly spat out my coffee as I read it. :)

The only thing missing from your prophesy Job is..... .. "that then the axis of the earth will shift back and bring the earth straight again... ready for the new heaven and the new earth.....etc etc... You are welcome... :D :D :) ;)

This is the post I was speaking about. This is the part which stood out...your whole post is quoted above. QUOTE:- "What I meant is that I won't be learning anything new from now on. Unless it's some small thought that never came to mind before. My doctrinal beliefs are set...The house is...

Can't speak for anyone else...but I know. Only because the bible says so. So I believe it. Here we have Faith back in the picture again. 1 John...( not Paul, so you can take John's word to the bank lol) 1 John 5:13 "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of...

Or...you could always try that little word F . A . I .T .H ...that work too :D

My old bible says ..Trust in The Lord with all of your heart. :D ..." put not your confidence in princes..." lol But hey, go for it...you have a 50/50 chance. :)

@VictoryinJesus Yep, lust , greed and violence ruled the day. Joshua was the last truly godly leader..by the time we get to the book of Judges...most were a mess...Gideon was good. and anointed by God...but nothing with Israel lasted... "to me" the book of Judges is summed up in the verse :-...

Right now I should stop replying to GG and get on with something that is life giving and more meaningful.

I have looked but I forget which thread you said it in. It wasn't important enough to make a note of it. Maybe he remembers...you were saying that 40 years ago you were washing dishes at the sink in NY and God came to you...you have not used a dishwasher since. God answered your questions and...

@bbyrd009 Good post. I hold out hope for old Judas... What if we were around back then..what if the lot fell on us to be the one!! Wow. Judas, Adam, Eve.... If we choose to judge them...who is judging US! I wish to point no fingers ...we have not seen the end of their story yet. To...

Twinc...if we walked in a true and good heart we wouldn't need moderators. We have moderators because we act like kids in a playground. The Moderator is within each of us...and Love "should" moderate our responses. We all fail...that is why we need a Saviour. ✟

'WE' do NOT....that is nothing to do with us...that is as the wheat and tare's...that is 'heart business' and only God can see the hearts.

no , obviously not...but many people have no idea at all why they do it!! Back in 1964 I had no clue why our minister told us to be baptized! Only years later did I understand the 'why'.

Amen! It is cheaper and cost far less to have "a personal relationship" with a church, teachers, preachers, books, rather than it does to get quite and humble ourselves before the Lord...and allow His Spirit to wash over us and refill us with His life and Spirit. As the (despised) Paul wrote...

No, you are missing the whole point. When we become born again, converted, saved , or whatever term you use...we are then "in Christ" ...water baptism is just a picture of it...we are buried with him ( in water) and raised "in Him" in new life. Baptism is just a picture of what has happened in...

@GodsGrace Okay, so just as you wrote to Amadeus...you are satisfied that you now know what you know from your studies and closed to God showing you anything new. I thought so. Just hopeful. Much that you write doesn't really make good spiritual sense. But as long as you are happy with it...

@bbyrd009 You speak of Judas. Do you see any hope for Judas...? Someone had to do it..right. It says "Satan entered into him.." as he went out to do the dirty deed. Could he have done it if Satan was not empowering him and doing it through him? Satan is not omnipresent, ...what about...
