@IForrest Agree....it has been with us since the tower of Babel..... I still ponder the fact the God scattered them back then,...I wonder if we are all still scattered today..because of all our ( denominational) boxes!! Everyone of them thinks they have to perfect and correct box that we...

It's man that gets boxed...if we allow ourselves to be....the Enemy likes us to have ridged thinking. In fact, as I think on it...most religions and controlling systems demand boxes. They are and have always been afraid of free thinkers...afraid we may come to the knowledge of The Truth .

I am always open to learn. Never too old!! BTW you didn't say if you thought that God could not look upon sin? I believe God is God...and where sin abounds, He is there too....there is nowhere where He is not!! ( as said in the Psalms) Bless you ....H

Lovely!! I've listened to many of his inspiring talks. Thanks Job...it's refreshing to find something truly uplifting posted on the site.:) I'm not an intellectual....so most of those discussions go over my head....the ' "argument discussions" become very much the same repeated posts over and...

It looks like the start of a good discussion. I think I agree with @bbyrd009 ..the Devils believe and tremble.....but they are not saved by faith. But, I have not checked the root meanings of the words in the verse. I do totally believe that it is by "faith alone". God took 4000 years to...

Point proved...as I just said in my post..#21 " Trump, Trump, Trump.."....that is where the Enemy wants our eyes. The Enemy doesn't give a toss if we are for or against Trump...just as long as we talk about it and have our eyes on Trump. But the answer is still not answered...even when we...

Good question. We can see what is happening...not just in USA but in every country. I have to agree with those that say that there is 'a spirit' behind it all. "Divide and conquer" has always worked...and always will. There is a much bigger picture here...nothing is just the people that we...

That's not how I read it. John 17 "That they all may be one, ( nothing about 'speaking' ) as thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in Us... ..I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and...

I have no idea what that is...but, I can read and learn.

I think he could have "taken a powder" already....he posted all day yesterday...today he has not be on at all....he hasn't been on for 18 hours. We will see....Once they are uncovered for who they are ( and what they 'don't' believe,) they usually drift off and find another site to play their...

@Marymog ..I can see our difference now. YOU are talking about " all agreeing"....I was speaking about being One in The Spirit. Two very different things. One is through the mind , the other is through the Spirit.

I like that @ScottA ...well said :)

@Sword Praise the Lord for that. As you say...he'll soon know Who healed his knee, and I hope he gets to know Him who healed his knee. :) Praise God that you are always a willing vessel of the Lord! Bless you....H

Can I come in on this? before the subject changes again ha! I have never got all this early-bit in the Garden straight. To my understanding ( which is small brain stuff) I feel that Eve was deceived...not a deliberate sin....But Adam, saw her after she had eaten..and chose to eat...

Jesus is no bigamist! :) Bless your heart. It is so hard for us when we believe we have heard something from God. Humility is a good teacher...we have all 'been where you are' at some point in our life. God always confirms what we 'hear' in the ear...with His own word. If it is not...

Thanks, that is a fun question :) My problem is in seeing any ( whatever doctrine or creed) man at all, as the head of The Church ever. Nothing against a Pope, I wouldn't want to see any dynamic Protestant either!! We all have only one Head, and the bible tells us that Christ is...

Amos 3 " Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?" We may not like it...but God brought it into play. ( the tree of the knowledge of good and evil) Isaiah 45... " I form the light, and create darkness: I...

Amen. Good word. There is also another box. It is the "I am free ,in grace, and bow to no man box" I fell for that one myself...and found that having no denomination or belonging to any established church and proud of it....was a box in itself! I think the non-church free...

Twaddle...next you will be saying that along with you, we must forgive the Devil and his demons. You have no idea of what you are saying...you just babble,... poor thing.

Bless you..confusing isn't it? LOL aspen was speaking to you..but ABOUT Garrison. He has been undermining faith, and trolling all day... But he is beginning to get repetitive now , nothing new, and almost worn out! :) BTW, this IS a good Christian site...some great people on here..stick...
