The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Crazy. When I drive down the road and someone jumps out or stops shot, I could rely on the Lord Jesus Christ to save me, the child or other vehicle and passages. I tend to do what I can to save life and property. The Bible commands us to knock and the door will be opened. We have to do our...

Analysis of Mass Murder of Children

Do I need to show evidence? It is available on line for inquiring minds. Do you kiss you lord with that mouth? Well, the available evidence is that it is different. Like X-rated movies, prohibit under age purchase and playing.

Analysis of Mass Murder of Children

Not sure what your intent is in this thread. I guess playing violent video games and it being a contributing factor to mass murders is not important to you. Attacking me or TV shows must make you feel better.

Communism is about need. Freedom is not about need but choice.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

2 unconnected things. Freedom is a measure of the absence of government. The least free countries have the most killings and those killings are not done privately but by the public sector.

Analysis of Mass Murder of Children

Are you deflecting the relationship beween violent video game playing and actually initiating violence? Said differently, if violent TV shows are a factor, it does not mean violent video games are NOT a contributing factor in mass murders.

What is the most important decision you will have to make in life?

My church has been big lately about the idea of acting with INTENTION. Serving can be like a log going down the river, just kind of going with the flow. Or serving can be intentional, which requires will, which requires a firm decision, which requiring thinking about how one will conduct...

    Inappropriate PC games.

Hey, we are not ignoring it! I tend to go to active threads, regardless of what forum they are in. Sex and violence have a known link. One of the worst things to say to someone is to go <have sex> with yourself or go <sex> yourself up. Putting aside the children shot, the shooter was a...

    Inappropriate PC games.

My thread on analysis of mass murder includes such entertainment as a factor. Not sure why there is the denial of it. Regarding @Pearl's objection to this being classified as entertainment; It is the opposite of Christian entertainment. It is demonic entertainment and I have been thinking...

Analysis of Mass Murder of Children

Well, the evidence does not indicate the connection as a defining characteristic. TV/movie watching is passive Video games is not. It's not that TV/movies contain no violence, it's that the mass murderer choose to engage almost exclusively in games depicting violence, whcih leads to a sick...

Analysis of Mass Murder of Children

Sure but why this group of innocence? Why don't those so inclined take out the seedy members of society, people they have a grudge against? Why is the pattern to assault the future generation that the murderer does not know who are complete innocence?

    The real Jesus

No dictionary qualifies that death is the end of life, period. Without complete and total death, Christs complete and total death followed by resurrection by God has no meaning for us - who face complete and total death.

    The real Jesus

No. Gods name is unique, YHWH, and his relationship to us is unique, Father.

    The real Jesus

Death, by definition, is the end of life. Haven’t you heard that: God resurrects his children into a glorified body; and Paul said it is not I who lives but Christ who lives in me; and Born again means born anew as Christ is the 1st born of all creation?

    The real Jesus

I think we discussed this before. Misplaced comma. If I tell you today that we will have dinner tomorrow, it does not mean we are eating dinner today.

    The real Jesus

Scripture does not parse his body with him. Jesus died is what Scripture tells us. Do you deny this?
  19. Wrangler

    The real Jesus

Jesus was resurrected as a Spirit or as a body? SOUL = BODY + SPIRIT. It is not my Spirit that lives after death and resurrection but the Spirit of God through his blessed Son, our lord.

    I don’t know. Isn’t the corruption obvious?
