I believe Jesus is ‘just’ a man because Scripture says Jesus is a man many times. It emphasizes that he is a man such as 1 Timothy 2:5. It is mysticism and dualism to suppose once one is explicitly identified as X, that it is ALSO something other than X. Such is not found in Scripture. If I...

Haven’t I answered this question many times already? Seriously!

I don’t All one has to do is accept this foundational truth to see the 4th century man-made doctrine for what it is. The shocking truth is the trinity is not in the Bible - not the word and not the doctrine. Jesus did not teach the trinity.

Wait! What? Who gave Jesus his glory? QUOTE="GodsGrace, post: 1191823, member: 7593"]YOU call Jesus a man... When God's Word says He is: A man. Jesus is a man as Scripture says. I quoted Gods word twice in Acts 3 & 17:31.

I appreciate you following up and may have asked Davy the same questions (which he did not answer either). 0. We know Jesus is not God because Jesus died. Consider how this fact relates not being a deity. Why did the resurrected Jesus say he was going to his God @ John 20:17 if he were God...

Real studying includes non and anti trinitarian sources, such as the Holy Scriptures. We’ve done some real studying and suggest you do the same - including eliminating imposing trinitarian doctrine unto unitarian text.

I write about them for us believers, not the @Edward Gordon's of the world. :)

Without derailing this thread, you are woefully ignorant of our system of limited government under our federation. The 10A reserves all power not enumerated to the federation for the States, yes. However, that does not mean the States have all un-enumerated power. There are State Constitutions...

This theme of correcting people has come up a lot recently. I'm reminded of how mild Michael's rebuke was of the Angel of Persia; that the Lord will rebuke you. He had a lot more reason to condemn his opponent than we do. Jesus was more condemning of self-righteous religious people than he even...

Great point! I was thinking of this too when I got wrapped in the personalities. Let's refresh ourselves as we ponder the OP. In short, don't let anything take away the peace that comes from the righteous truth, which is our salvation in Christ through faith and prayer. #1 Belt of Truth #2...

That's simply not true. I asked him why he doesn't follow Scripture regarding divination and so forth. IMO, you and others are unnecessarily hostile to this new poster. I'm not sure what you are getting at here. Is he telling you that or are you saying that I am telling you that you have no...

You are a coward for not answering my question! This is not about the law but life and death, good and evil. (The distinction between who the coercive agent is, federal or other State form is irrelevant and beneath you, brother). My question is about you; How many people have to die from the...

It seems my comment about your forked tongue hit the mark. While you say you are not for forced vaccinations, you simultaneously advocate for the deception that you've already admitted; that the shot is not even technically a vaccine, forced or not. This is my last chance?! You are deceived...

It wasn't a trick question, just a clarifying & revealing question. No, I don't sympathize with Satanist theology? I just don't feel the need to deny all things I don't agree or sympathize with. My response to post #75 is your lack of humility in telling someone what they really teach. It...

Well, with all due respect to your feelings, I am quoting Scripture - and not imposing trinitarian doctrine onto the unitarian text. I never heard of the disgusting things you say is in the Talmud. It's completely besides the point, which is you better get right following Jesus. Scripture...

Yikes! To equate God with all other father's is not honoring God. Let me give you a hint. Becoming children of God is equivalent to becoming immortal. Sometimes, I am shocked at how little self-professed Christians understand the Good News.

They should for 2 reasons. 1st, historically every region had a deity and every battle was seen as a battle between competing deities. The deity of the Israeli's was supreme through the period Psalms was written, mostly credited with David. 2nd, God is primarily fighting a spiritual war. That...

How does this compare to Gal 2:20 'I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.'

What is Becoming children of God equivalent to?
