Well, actually, there was only one untl the reformation. The Orthodox split about the year 1,000 AD but they kept all the doctrine and only denied the authority of the Pope. Protestantism has split into THOUSANDS of churches (counting the non-denominational) precisely because we do not study...

The above is all wrong. Do you go to a church? Which one? I'll address this tomorrow when I'm at my desk. You even quoted Romans 12:13. Which does NOT support your premise. Incredible.

Ok So love is what you do or don't do. How is making many tiny little holes filled with ink in your body, loving your body?

I'm afraid that YOU are the one who comes to silly conclusions.

Correct. We are not Under the law, but we must still follow the law. Jesus did not abolish the law. Mathew 5

Loving is very nice Aspen. But without actions, love is meaningless. Jesus said that if we love Him, we will obey His commands. John 14:15 Jesus is God. HE made up the rules. Jesus said our body is a temple. James 2 said that without works, action, our faith is dead. Sorry, no Bible for...

What does... JEESS Mean, if not Jesus???

Right. That's why I post scripture and do not give my own opinion. You do enjoy giving your own opinion...

Sorry. I'm on the tablet. Most things we do are minor. We haven't killed anybody lately. As we fix big things that keep us from God we could work on smaller things. Loving God and neighbor is good. Is that all that's necessary? Jesus said to be perfect as our Father is perfect. He meant that...

Oh my. You're referring to how you say Jeess all the time. I said it's a curse. I repeat that you're taking the name of Jesus in vain. So to you, there is no sin. Everything is just a stumbling block. Interesting concept, but no cigar. Ask your pastor about this.

Could you Please post my entire statement? Thanks.

How about posting some scripture and tell me what God says? Do You smoke? Do you want your children to smoke? Just because You do something, does not make it right.

BTW You said :. Jeess Do you realize that this is a curse?

I posted scripture. It's not MY standard. I believe it's God's standard. And if you don't see the rational yourself, why support it at all?

Could you post and explain that scripture?

I never said it's a sin. And your answer is NO answer. A Christian should be different. Why be a Christian?;

Scott, Not if fashion goes against God's word. Paul teaches to be modest in dress.

I see. So if we don't want to create stumbling blocks, ANYTHING should be allowed? One should realize that becoming Christian will have a price. The early Christian's realized this. Some were fed to Lions. Some were burned. What are you willing to do? Anything?

What are you saying??? Were not the first Christians Jewish? Where is the cut-off point? Are we not one BODY and the head is JESUS? EVERY BOOK IN THE NEW TESTAMENT IS FOR EVERYONE! How could it be otherwise? WHERE in James does he say that his book is only for the Jews? Please provide me...

Are you saying we're in the 1,000 year reign right now? Are you saying the Jews who died before Christ was resurrected are still dead?
