Water is not baptism, that is a false accusation jesus told nicodemus how to be born again John 3: 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the...

If your talking about it making him righteous no, Jesus was righteous before and after he was baptized I would answer non of the above he was baptized to reveal who he was, and so that those who witnessed his baptism could be a witness of the event which took place

John gave us the answer himself John 1: 31 I did not know Him; but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came baptizing with water.” 32 And John bore witness, saying, “I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. 33 I did not know Him, but He who...

By becoming a child of God

Actually, I think it means the one baptism which saved scripture teaches multiple baptisms, including as we are told, the people of a Israel being baptized into Moses. not all of these baptisms save the two passages you gave would be spirit baptism, no water was involved in either of those...

Baptized is not a native English word, it is a transliteration of the Ancient Greek word Baptizo, which means to be immersed or plunged into something, it was also used of a person who dyed garments (a baptizer) and the dying or coloring process it is a derivative af the Greek word bapto which...

God will not force you to do something against your will, you can not find one verse which says thos

It does not mean they are NT forced to make choices what your offering is a cop out, a reason to deny what you do wrong on a daily basis is not your fault you had no choice, your in effect blaming God for the evil choices you make

It will be fulfilled even with our free will God has more power than you think man. You claim to be reporting what the Bible ie says and seem to judge everyone who does not agree with you of not listening to the word, you need to look in the mirror, and stop with the strawman.

Continuing this makes no sense. Israel had been in sin for along time that’s why she was still under gentile dominion. gif all were them to rebuild but they rebuilt as slaves if gentiles. That never changed the reason is the nation never really repented. She was still on sin. Ah so Israel...

Nope it is all about Israel, her city and her temple. that is what Daniel prayed for. He confessed his sins and the sins of his people, who had not yet repented. And his prayer was for God to remember the people, the city the temple and the promises Dan 9 Yes, all Israel has transgressed Your...

Where do you come up with this belief if I may ask the 70th week is a seven year period not a 2000+ Year period

If you read daniel, what was supposed to happen was this Daniel 9:24 (NKJV): Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, we see right here, this concerns the people of daniel only, namely Isreal To finish the transgression, has not yet been fulfilled To make an end...

Amen, the people of the future prince will destroy the city and Sanctuary leaving them desolate. not an abomination or idol which makes a holy place unclean, 2 events.

Yep and some of us do not do what he wants, just like Israel, who he continually wanted to gather as a mother hen and put them under his wing, but they were unwilling. as a loving father we have plans and goals and all kinds of things we want for our kids, it does not mean they will agree...

Predestination is real the question is what view of predestination do you hold,

Your can stand wherever Christ was cut off immediately after the 69th week, in fact we can trace this time up u til the time he entered Jerusalem riding on the donkey, (fulfilling the messianic prophesy of how he will be introduced, and the 1st 69 weeks of daniel 9 the next even (the...

that’s ok, but if it did not happen, it did not happen, and in this case it did not happen. It’s like looking for something that never happened, then claiming it must have happened because well it must have, evidence must be given . . I can’t see it because it is not there in daniel another...

And your not judging people and were saying I was the problem. Thanks for showing who really has an issue with pride good day sir. I do not wish to discuss this with a person who thinks he knows it all. It is fruitless :p
