This Spring I will be planting just a small area behind our apartment. The complex has a larger area that people share, but I may leave that one alone this year. The small area I am planting will be in strawberries. If it is successful, we will not be disappointed. We may put tomatoes in a...

I already said that I do not believe in the trinity, so all of these details are unnecessary for me. Again you are saying nothing new to me. Was Jesus message different? It was different in that he was not speaking of a Messiah which was to come as did the Old Testament prophets. He spoke as...

Perjury has likely existed for a very long time.

This is what I remember from when I was in school according to my chemistry instructor: At the first a good scientist gathers the information available to establish a hypothesis which he wishes to prove or disprove. This is done without any testing or experimenting. Then the scientist...

You want a black and white answer that fits in with how you look at things. I have several paper paged Bibles in my home. Some of them have not been opened for a while. While closed they are not the Word of God regardless of their contents and regardless of what written version they are or what...

And mine is a bit sparser than this. The picture was taken on my 70th birthday a little over 4 years ago. My beard would be quite gray and perhaps white. I had a beard when I met and married my wife, but she finally asked me to shave. How could I say no? Give God the glory!

The correct answer results for each person whose heart is turned toward God. I don't trash anything. If we are being led by God He will lead us truly.

Give God the glory!

I am sure you have read verses which show the other side from where you are. I could post them, but since your mind is made up there would be no point, would there? Give God, who gives the increase, the glory!

What do we really understand that can accurately be communicated to a person whose beliefs or understandings or definitions are different than ours? I see no one really understanding the trinity. Someone told them it was right and it fits some of the scriptures if no one messes too much with the...

Seriously continuing to pray.

Yes, it is probably a better word for what they have.

What prevents us from believing a lie is staying in regular touch with God and always loving the Truth... even when we not know exactly what it is. Apostle Paul wrote: Pray without ceasing and rejoice in the Lord always. Remember what Jesus said? "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and...

The problem is in the two people reading the Bible and then drawing their different even contradicting conclusions. First question is do both of the people really have the Holy Spirit in them? If they both really do but still disagree than one or both of them at times is likely quenching the...

But it must be two or three who are of the right Spirit. Consider what Jezebel did to Naboth in I Kings 21. She used the written law to get Naboth stoned to death. Her two witnesses were liars... though probably well paid liars.

God gave all of the increase, that is, all of His own Word, which is all of Jesus. The men inspired to write the scriptures were anointed by God or led to write by the Holy Spirit... but while the Bible contains the truth, who is able to discern the truth? "Pilate therefore said unto him, Art...

I presume you are speaking to me so I am answering you: I believe that I understand God's message to me. It is according to that message I strive to live my life while here in this flesh. I am not a Muslim, but I know there are Muslims who love God as there are Christians or Jews who love God...

While you are right about pewsitters being normal, is normal what God expects or requires? People who do nothing are simply dead. That was what Adam and Even did for themselves and their offspring. No Life for anyone who simply sits back and does nothing. There may more blame for the man at the...

There is such a set of beliefs, but are they correctly embraced by any one traditional denomination or church group without error or mistake? I think not because even where the Holy Spirit been or is present in some believers, too many practice quenching the Spirit. Many church leaders teach...

Since no one else has anything to say about this, then all of us must be with the apostle Paul when he wrote these words: "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content" Phil 4:11
