It’s the Father himself who is the speaker. Do you even acknowledge that the Father himself speaks anywhere in the Hebrew Bible? Do you acknowledge that God didn’t speak through his Son until “these last days” (Hebrews 1:1)?

The psalm obviously isn’t about David. The psalm is about the Messiah. The NT writers used it - the most frequently quoted / alluded to OT text in the NT - to support their belief and the preaching of Jesus and the apostles that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah, Son of God.

I could provide you with thousands of trinitarian sources. So not even a trinitarian could persuade you that Psalm 110 is a Messianic psalm. The trinitarians are right. It’s a Messianic psalm.
