    Donald Trump and the Democrats

That's what the Democrats want you to believe, because they don't want a Republican in the White House, but he used tariffs in his first term and kept prices down. Look at where the prices are now.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

Women do much of the work in our churches. How can they get anything done of they aren't allowed to speak?

A bit of a mess in the White House.

I think you are badly underestimating their desire to serve the country.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

Because maybe the Lord wanted us to think things through and make our own judgments.

    Donald Trump and the Democrats

Right now I think his goal is to bring down the national debt. It could get so bad that we can no longer afford the interest payments on that debt, so that inflation gets so bad we can't afford food or shelter.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

I think you can learn something from all scripture. That doesn't mean Paul didn't misspeak when he said women can't speak when they are in a church, or that you have to obey your government officials (such as an Adolf Hitler when he tells you to kill Jews).

    Donald Trump and the Democrats

One thing that I think can be said about Donald Trump is that he's trying to do what's best for the country, and it makes no sense to me for the Democrats to try to block every single he thing he does.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

I don't care for this particular pope, but I don't remember him claiming to be infallible. I don't understand how we suddenly go from Paul telling women to be silent in churches, to lust. Paul was a great man. I have learned from him.

Generation of the brightest and darkest

We know that we are of God, and the whole world is in the power of the evil one. 1 John 5:19 RSV

A bit of a mess in the White House.

You have to stand up for what's right, whether the world likes it or not.

    Should they sharpen sword

I believe it's okay to defend ourselves and those we care about.

How Does the Bible Define Sin?

I believe in order to sin, one must cross that line. In other words, thinking about sin isn't sin. However, if you let yourself think about sin, you will commit that sin.

Looking at the Statement of Faith

I don't think the Lord judges me according to someone else's sin, though I've committed plenty of my own sin.

    Looking realistically at ourselves.

Women do much of the work in our church. If we don't allow them to speak while they work, I don't see how that work would get done.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

I think the Bible is a wonderful book. Jesus and God are frequently quoted, and there's lots, lots more. I do think Paul was mistaken when he said women can't speak when they are in a church. I also question his remark that we are to obey our political leaders. (Remember when Hitler was having...

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

I would still say that what you obey is what you worship. If it's the Bible you obey, then that is what you worship. I think it is God we are meant to obey.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

When someone drops out of a conversation, I think the other person is allowed a final response. Otherwise I could say something terrible to you, not leaving you the opportunity to respond, not that you said anything terrible to me. So let me say this: What people obey is what they worship. It...

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

Thank you. I know of no instance in the Bible where the Lord commands women to be subservient to men, and it makes no sense to me that they should be.

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

When someone directs a post at me, I think it appropriate I respond. Do you remember the 400 prophets who were wrong and the one who was right? I am not a prophet, but I am not intimidated if a group of people disagree with me. I dismiss none of the Bible. I believe the Lord saw to it that the...

Is it possible to be SCRIPTURALLY CORRECT AND NOT BE SPIRITUALLY CORRECT?

I believe God made sure the Bible historians were accurate. It certainly was within his power to do so. Why would he do otherwise?
