Interestingly...this is only the 249th year since our independence in 1776, rather than 250 as it might seem. The reason for the 250 year celebration, is because the US Military formed before the Declaration of Independence. Which is a statement of its own. The weeks and months ahead will reveal just why it is now being celebrated on July 4th, Independence Day.
