me and sister were just talking a week or s o back
and we brought up that nancys birthday be a sneaking up in february .
but neither one of us knows the age , nor did we try and guess it .
No worries sister , LORD willing ol amigo will be the ripe age of fifty and four in march .

I watched a woman at a party freeze when asked how old her children were.
Not because she guarded their privacy.
But because her mind raced to calculate what her age would then imply.

You just reminded me of what occured up at a place i go to detail cars at times .
i had told them my son was twenty five
and the lady was like you dont seem near old enough to have a son that age .
The kicker is i was not eighteen when he was born
but twenty seven . I got tickled when she said that .
I have no problems telling folks how old my children are
but yes some do for the exact reason you gave . lol .
