You give complete disregard to the simple scripture that was presented before your eyes as you divert away from Daniel 8:9-11 below "Why"?
LOL. You have a way with words, buddy. Why do you divert attention away from Hebrews 8 to 10 that speaks of Christ confirming the new covenant and making the old covenant and its animal sacrifices and offerings obsolete? You deny that Daniel 9:24-27 is all about Jesus Christ even though it so clearly is. He fulfilled all six things listed in Daniel 9:24 as only He could do and you deny it! Unbelievable.

Daniel 8:9-11 clearly shows "The Little Horn" being the "He" "Him" and by "Him" the daily sacrifice is stopped, and the sanctuary/temple is destroyed

Daniel 9:26-27 states "By Him" was the daily sacrifice taken away, the very same event in a parallel teaching as seen in Daniel 8:11

The "He" in Daniel 9:27 is the very same "He" in Daniel 8:11, and the "He" that stops the daily sacrifice is Daniel's (Little Horn) as seen in Daniel 8:9 below

The scripture presented is simple and explained in detail, will you continue to claim that the "He" in Daniel 9:27 is Jesus Christ, When it's clearly presented before your eyes that the "He" is Daniel's "Little Horn"?

Daniel 8:9-11KJV
9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.
10 And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.
11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down.

Daniel 9:26-27KJV
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Where is there any mention of the city and the sanctuary being destroyed in Daniel 8? You're trying to relate two different unrelated prophecies.

KJV says: "the prince of the people that shall come"

ZERO misquotes
Wow. No, it does not. What are you trying to pull here? You should know better than to be dishonest like this.

Here is the verse from the KJV:

Daniel 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Read it carefully. It does NOT say "the prince of the people that shall come", it says "the people of the prince that shall come". It is not the prince who was to destroy the city and the sanctuary, as you claimed, it's the PEOPLE of the coming prince that would destroy the city and the sanctuary.

the prince of the people to come IS ANOTHER . Correct its not the messiah at all .
We got a serious and urgent problem my friend .
Many cannot see that satan is working through the men of this world .
And he is doing so by using the govts and churches and yes the false religoins too .
THIS PEOPLE dont realize we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness in high places .
THAT IN FACT its satan leading them .
HE uses the right hand to create the chaos and problems , then uses the left to bring in the solution , HIS SOLUTION .
And he will use any tatic aviable , fear , lust , convinence , the lusts of the flesh .
These spirits are not of GOD . though many now see this solution , this means to bring peace
this means as though it bE OF GOD . no sir , IT IS OF THE DEVIL .
HE knows how to distract , HE knows how to decieve and he will use the flesh of man , his own carnal ways
TO SEDUCE MAN .
ONLY the sheep can resist him by our FAITH IN JESUS THE CHRIST .
OH but how the devil has sold them all a lie and said HEY all religoins are serving the same GOD in diferent ways
and let us just be one for world peace and find common ground .
AND THEY THINK THIS PEACE PLAN IS OF GOD . HECK NO , IT CALLS GOD A LIAR . IT DENIES HIS TESTMONY
of JESUS and the DIRE NEED TO BLEIEVE ON JESUS .
AND THEY think its love , and they think its of GOD and they think its his plan for world peace . NO SIR ITS THE DEVIL
its the mystery of inquity , that which is of anti christ .

I agree with everything else you hold on this. Just not this.
I agree with him on that, but even if verse 26 is referring to a different prince than Messiah the prince, the last individual focused on before verse 27 is the Messiah. It's the people of the prince to come that are in focus in verse 26, not the prince himself. So, verse 27 is referring to the last individual that was focused on in the text and that was the Messiah.

lol

OK i SEE my typo = long day at work

However, it does not change the Scripture = here is why my oops is still valid

correct: the people of the prince that shall come

Who controls "the people" = the prince of those people

"the people of the prince who is to come" = "the prince of the people that shall come"

SAME
No, that is not the same at all. The first one indicates that it's the people who destroy the city and the sanctuary and the second one indicates that it's the prince who destroys the city and the sanctuary, as you have claimed. That is very different and not the same.

They are BOTH operating for destruction

the people recieve their authority from the prince

the prince is of Satan and/or Satan himself = Revelation ch12

Well, this is a relief that you weren't trying to change the text, but just made a typo. I could not comprehend how you thought that saying "the prince of the people to come" is no different than "the people of the prince who shall come". Wow. You were boggling my mind there, dude.

However, it does not change the Scripture = here is why my oops is still valid
Not sure what you mean here.

correct: the people of the prince that shall come

Who controls "the people" = the prince of those people

THANK YOU and @covantee
But, you understand that it's saying the people are the ones who would actually destroy the city and the sanctuary and not the prince, right?

The people could not destroy the city & sanctuary unless they received the authority from the prince

I think the people of the prince was Titus army.

Yes. And who was in ultimate command and control of those people?

Messiah the Prince.
MESSIAH is the Ruler of the kings of the earth

Satan is the god of this world = the whole world lies under the control of the wicked one

Revelation 20:7-8
Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.

Daniel 9:26-27 has absolutely nothing to do with the Cross of Calvary
Where is there any mention of the city and the sanctuary being destroyed in Daniel 8? You're trying to relate two different unrelated prophecies.
Diversion Alert:

Pinocchio's nose is growing in denial of the presented scripture, once again Daniel 9:26-27 is the very same event seen in Daniel 8:11 as it clearly states by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down.

Once Again, And Again: You give complete disregard to the simple scripture that was presented before your eyes as you divert away from Daniel 8:9-11 below "Why"?
