I would like to share this little book I have ....it was my mothers book and it has been made up for a church in Kingaroy which is in Australia in Queensland...This Book was put together by a lady named Betty Eyu. I would like to place a verse out of this book every day there are 37 verses in this book ....love Jane

The Gentle Voice

Whenever I fearful, of what may lie ahead,
When tomorrow's far away, and hopes are few
..I listen for the Gentle Voice...of Jesus
...as He Says, 'Don't worry child, I've cleared
the way for you."

In shame, I often look behind, and see the path
is strewn...with pride and hurtful sins where I
have been...The Voice... so full of suffering
...gently whispers, once again... "Look straight
ahead...your past has been redeemed!"

Each fear-filled, faltering footstep, that I
stumble every day...on my journey through
this sin-filled...selfish land...is
strengthen all the way, because THAT Voice
...so full of love...says...''I'm beside you
...let me take your hand''.

When overcome be weariness, unable to go on
...I cry..."Lord tell me... what am I to do?"
...again THAT Voice...so full of love and
tenderness replies... '' Until you're strong
...please let me say..."My precious child...you're
safe...at last, you're home!"

Jer 8:17 For, behold, I will send serpents, cockatrices, among you, which [will] not [be] charmed, and they shall bite you, saith the LORD.
We again see here how the devils own can not understand the emotion of Christ or being a Christian ..But only exact Words
things like love, inspiration,encoragement are things that can not be taught through words alone, but Gods says they are of utmost important,
these things but must be experienced felt,
What kind of Christian would not want to inspire his family or loved ones ..We are brother and sisters in Christ

The answer is No kind .... This person is a devil in disguise he/she speaks with the serpent's venomous forked tongue ....
but pay no mind God gives us power over serpents.

Are you indeed showing that "inspiration" is not taught in Scripture for believers?

I think you are, since you cannot give a verse showing it as you are trying to describe it with your human reasoning. Apparently, you think it is a good idea to add your own notions to God's Word. Lol.

The thing is no one said there was or wasnt scripture ..the thread is simply entitled Inspirational verses,allow me to explain this, that's means they are encouraging words that can inspire one to do a thing write a poem. sing a song, worship the Lord, hug a child.comfort a loved one ...whatever the case maybe

Now I fully understand your father the devil never taught you this concept as his mission is to discourage
but we however are not so easily fooled by your folly as God gave us power over your kind ....

Hungry Heart

Dear Lord...I feel such hunger
that seems to tear apart,
the deepest...Hungry Heart!

Such heaviness falls deeply in,
each dark...and ugly part,
where hidden... unrepeated sin
lies in...my Hungry heart!

The sharp...insistent hunger pain,
that pierces...like a dart, screams
our for food, and nourishment
...within my Hungry Heart!

But earth food can never fill,
or satisfy...in part...the
undernourished... screaming ache
...within my Hungry Heart!

For Jesus is The Bread Of Life,
His blood...the band new wine,
Please Holy Spirit...feed and fill
...this Hungry Heart of mine!

How can I thank you...precious Lord,
for blessings You bestow...
on me...my loved ones...and my
friends...such perfect love You
show.

You held me high...when I was down,
and Lord...You let me see...that
You...are always in control...with
death of self...THE KEY!

I saw Your loving...guiding hand,
and peace come flooding through,
'cause not a thing...no nothing
matters...sovereign Lord but
You.

Dear Lord...please help me to be
strong...and grant me...from
above...Your gift...of super
human faith...and fruit...of
perfect love.

My God, My God"

With a weary heart so heavy,
He obeyed our God above,
bore all sickness...and all
suffering...for the human
race He loved.
He alone took on the burden, of
our sin...and set us free,
opened wide...the gates of
heaven...for us all ...for
you..for me!
What anguish...and what suffering,
he became as sin...Our sin,
...to know the depths of dark
despair...God had forsaken
Him.
Desertion real...and so complete,
Oh!...what a price to pay,
abandoned...degradation...but
...it was the ONLY way!
This HAS to be the GREATEST
gift...that any man can give,
a life so pure...unblemished,
so that you and I...might live!
He suffered...and He bled and
died...salvation now could
be...available for everyone,
...if only they could see.
The reason for our precious Lord's
...sin-heavy...anguished plea...
"MY God...MY God...WHY HAST
THOU...FORSAKEN ME!"

Heaven's Open Door

Our God created heaven...and all the universe,
the sun...the moon...the starts the sea,
the wind...the rain...the earth.

with love...and beauty splendid...He taught the
grass to grow...the sun to shine...the seas
to raise...the breeze to gently blow.

He created...in His image...a man...and then a
mate...whose pride and greed and wilfullness,
closed HEAVEN'S...OPEN GATE!

Exiled and lost...so long man fought'...a fight
he COULD NOT WIN...then God sent down His
only Son...to set us free from sin.

Hung high...upon a wooden cross...by man's
unbridled pride...He broke the chains of sin
...and opened HEAVEN'S GATES...so wide.

As I hand my life to Jesus...I humbly pray to
God..."Please guide my faltering footsteps,
in the mark...where Jesus trod!

so that when my life is over...and at Heaven's
stairs I wait...Jesus' hands... will take and
lead me safely through...that Open gate!

I can do all things...

There's nothing that I cannot do,
through HIM...Who strengthens me,
He leads me...with His mighty love
to where I OUGHT to be.

The time when I feel all alone,
...deserted...and confused,
I wonder..."Has God left me...?
...but guess who REALLY moved!

Only sin...with my heart
can make me turn away,
from fellowship...with Jesus,
and cause my feet to stray.

It is sin...that over-burdens me,
and brings on all my pain,
...when I repent...forgiveness,
..I'm WHOLE...with Him again!

He'll daily show me how to be,
the BEST that I can be,
there's nothing that I CANNOT do,
...through HIM...Who STRENGTHENS me!


I hope you have enjoyed these verses ...This is the last one in this book , I pray that God's blessings will be with you all and that this New Year will bring many new and exciting things your way.
