Hi to all , and what is confusing , is that most believers , have a difficult time understanding the Transtional book of Acts .

It bridges serveral things like :

#1 , The first Jew saved by Grace
#2 , Saul is appointed an Apostle to the Gentiles
#3 , Why appoint another apostle , since they already have 12 ?
#4 , This means a new change from Law to Grace
#5 , The first Jew , NOT water Baptized
#6 , Paul's message was to Jews , preaching against Moses , in Act 21 .
#7 , after Acts 15 , NOTHING is Peter heard from again
#8 , after Acts 28:28 , Paul preaching and writings are to Gentiles .
#9 , then Paul writes only about ONE BAPTISM , Eph 4:5
#10 , then Paul explains what the Body of Christ and the Mystery is really about .

And here in Acts 15:11 Peter says , " But we believe that THROUGH the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ WE SHALL BE SAVED , EVEN AS THEY ."

#1 , and Peter , I see , is speaking of 2 different things in this passage , BUT it should be a given to all , that Peter is still praciticing the Law as referenced in Acts 15 .

# 2 , The Law

#3 , and Grace

#4 , Verse 7 , is a verse that needs it own OP , since Cornelius was not saved by Grace .
,

#5 , What Peter is saying is , that we are saved by the Law , BUT one day all will be saved by Grace , whether Jew or Gentile .

#6 , And that is happening today , for all are saved by Grace , whether Jew or Gentile , 2000 years later

#7 , And " we shall be saved , even as they " is going on TODAY .

Nowhere in your post or in scripture does Peter claim that he or anyone else is saved by the law. The fact that he continues to keep the law only spotlights that it isn't done away with. This is actually showing that the whole argument that the law is done away with is false. It shows that the law was never intended to save anyone, but simply pointing to the standard that is manifest in those who are in Christ.

act 15:11 i believe is saying is that we do not deserve salvation but because of God's grace/favor He is giving us what we do not deserve. we don't deserve salvation, healing, deliverance, and ect but because of God's grace He gifted us all these things.

God bless
