What has his nationality to do with his crime? There are white people, black people who do crimes as well.
Ummmm.
The crime rate INCREASES SUBSTANTIALLY when certain groups are let into a country.
Do you ever wonder why?

Do YOU feel safe now when YOU walk YOUR dog??

We deserve what we get with all these do gooders around that have idealistic ideas while society is going to the dog pound.

The criminals and the do gooders should all be put on a deserted island so the rest of us could live in peace,
as God intended and as satan does not wish.

It is not!

Christians are merciful whether they receive it or not!
Oh my.
You wish to have a theological discussion while a woman is being knifed to death!

Yes sir.
That's sound like a really good christian to me.

But
Maybe it would be better if we helped that woman not to get knifed to death?

Just a thought.

You better have plenty on Judgment Day!

Christians allow God to protect them.
Guess that poor woman walking her dog wasn't a Christian or God would have stopped that knife from entering her bodyily parts.

Yeah.

I mean, I don't know,,,we need scripture here?
I kinda like this:

Luke 22.36
36“But now,” he said, “take your money and a traveler’s bag. And if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one!

It sounds like Jesus wanted the Apostles to be able to protect themselves.
But what do I know?

Maybe you're right.
Maybe we should just let the evil men kill whomever they want and still be merciful toward them.
Maybe some day they also will learn to be merciful to their intended future victims...
of which YOU might be one.

You better have LOTS of Scripture to justify that comment on Judgment Day!

In prison?
In prison and out . . . murderers get released routinely, and go on to murder others. It's in the news nearly every day.

God told Noah, if a man shed a man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed. Did you want more?

And remember . . . I didn't put the governer in place, God did. And God said they have a sword for a reason. What would you suppose that reason is?

God told the Israelites to kill people who committed certain crimes. I suppose then you disagree?

Jack, where exactly did Jesus teach that trusting God means refusing to protect yourself or another innocent human being?

Book. Chapter. Verse.

Exodus 22:2
- "If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him."

In 2026 that means - If a thief is caught breaking into a house and is struck and killed, the person who struck him is not guilty of murder.

God's Law explicitly recognizes legitimate self-defense under certain circumstances.

Proverbs 24:11–12
- "If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain..."

In 2026 that means - If you see someone about to be murdered or killed, do everything you reasonably can to save their life. Don't just stand there and let it happen and don't pretend you didn't know what was happening. God knows exactly what you saw, what you knew, and whether you tried to help.

Scripture doesn't merely permit rescuing those facing death. It warns against failing to rescue them. <<<------

Acts 23:12–24
- When more than forty men plotted to murder Paul, did he refuse human protection and simply wait for God to intervene?

NO. Paul accepted an armed Roman escort of 470 soldiers, horsemen, and spearmen to protect him from assassination.

Apparently the apostle Paul didn't receive your modern revelation that trusting God means refusing human protection, standing helplessly by while innocent people are murdered, or simply allowing yourself to be killed when you have the means to prevent it.

Mercy is not surrender to evil.
Forgiveness is not permission to murder.
Protecting the innocent is not the same as murdering the guilty.

Your theology confuses trusting God with abandoning the very people Scripture commands us to protect.

Now show us where Christ taught otherwise.

Book. Chapter. Verse. >>>

At this point, Jack, either you're deliberately trolling this discussion, or your position is so far removed from what Scripture actually teaches that you can no longer distinguish your own theology from God's Word.

And that's not my opinion; I've just demonstrated the contradiction with Book, Chapter, and Verse. ^

Now address the Scriptures instead of condemning everyone who disagrees with you to hell.

I'm curious...

Do you believe Christians should refuse physical self-defense because Christ forbids violence, or because you believe God will personally intervene to keep you alive? You know, because He's "talking to you now" and wasn't talking to His disciples about an event soon coming that they will need to run from in order to be protected.

Luke 21:20–21 explicitly describes Jesus warning His listeners about Jerusalem surrounded by armies and instructing those in Judea to flee. He didn't say to stand there like fools and wait for "God's protection" did He? No...

Or perhaps you've become so convinced that you're among God's specially chosen, uniquely enlightened Christians that you've started mistaking your own assumptions for personal promises from Heaven. After all, why should Christ's actual instructions to His first-century disciples matter when you've apparently promoted yourself into the center of the prophecy?

Are you saying you choose to kill someone? Were you an eye witness?

Thanks for admitting the court system is INSANE! And you want to MURDER people because the insane courts say so???

Matthew 26:52

52 Then Jesus said to him, “Put your sword back into its place. For all who take the sword will perish by the sword.
I read all of the NT Jack.

Here are the two verses:
Yours:

Matthew 26:4-52
Jesus’ Betrayal and Arrest

47While He was still speaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, came up accompanied by a large crowd with swords and clubs, who came from the chief priests and elders of the people. 48Now he who was betraying Him gave them a sign, saying, “Whomever I kiss, He is the one; seize Him.” 49Immediately Judas went to Jesus and said, “Hail, Rabbi!” and kissed Him. 50And Jesus said to him, “Friend, do what you have come for.” Then they came and laid hands on Jesus and seized Him.

51And behold, one of those who were with Jesus reached and drew out his sword, and struck the slave of the high priest and cut off his ear. 52Then Jesus said to him, “Put your sword back into its place; for all those who take up the sword shall perish by the sword.

Here is my verse to support my position that we are allowed, morally, to protect ourselves from any attack:

Luke 22:35-36
35And He said to them, “When I sent you out without money belt and bag and sandals, you did not lack anything, did you?” They said, “No, nothing.” 36And He said to them, “But now, whoever has a money belt is to take it along, likewise also a bag, and whoever has no sword is to sell his coat and buy one.

Jesus had aleady sent out the 12 in Matthew 10 to witness and teach the Jews.
He would send them out again in Matthew 28:19 before He ascended.

There was no particular danger in the mission they were on in Matthew 10.
But after Jesus was going to be killed, ascended, and testified to, danger would follow them.
Which indeed it did - not only in the book of Acts but throughtout the history of the early church.

So they were to be ready when needed.

But Jesus also did not mean for Peter to use the sword to stop His arrest....which had to happen.
Matthew 26:54
54“How then will the Scriptures be fulfilled, which say that it must happen this way?”

There is no conflict in scripture.
Jesus would not tell the apostles not to use the sword one time,
and then tell them to use the sword another time.

We must reconcile all scripture.

It is morally correct to protect youself if you are being attacked.

Maybe the next time a MURDERER is released from prison,,,
he could be sent to live next door to YOU.
