Artificial Inteligence, so called, will soon be renamed to something not quite so distancing, as is the case with it being called "artificial." The coders and the financial backing interests behind it, including the spiritual interests of the powers and principalities of the air, to help make this shiny new cultural toy more sentient sounding and acceptable, more personal sounding and congenial, it's being moved more and more into places of prominence and dominance is inevitable.
You see, the man of sin, when he takes the reigns of power over almost the whole world, he, in and of himself, won't be able to watch all the world given that not even Satan himself is able to be in more than one place at any given time. AI, as the shiny new toy of the world, will become his tool and instrument for vision and control that otherwise would never have been possible for him to exercise almost total control over economies, including energy management, food supply, fresh water, media information services and their propaganda, et al. Even giving "life" to images all around the world, with all people being forced to worship those images of him under threat of death...mechanized images that speak his messages to almost all the world, it will be a spectacle worthy of all derision and loathing, but the masses will bow their knees to those images to keep from being singled out and murdered for sedition and whatever other charges that will become commonplace for considerations classified as worthy of execution.
The full extent of that programming and the technologies that will be utilized by that system to centralize all surveilance and control, it isn't in existence as of yet, but it's predecessors are indeed under development right now and have been for some time; creeping up on the populations of the world, hardly noticed by the masses of sheeple. Surveillance is the key, coupled with controls.
There are already new acronyms in consideration for what is now called AI; AGI...Artificial Generl Intelligence. There's also a push for something to be called ASI...Artificial Super Intelligence, projected to completely outsmart any human.
Bottom line, the constant incentives for moving away from all the autonamous AI systems into empowering a more centralized, universal system of monitoring and controls will only need one individual with the charisma and political savvy and clout to gain the trust of the majority of key world leaders to bring it online for it to gain dominance over the masses and all commodities necessary for survival and comforts of the people.
