You do ignore whatever scripture you choose to ignore and form your own non-biblical doctrine, don't you?
It's called "
comparing spiritual things with
[that which is] spiritual". 1 Cor. 2:13.
Please go read it, and the ENTIRE chapter!
You commend yourself and your human wisdom as "the wisdom of God received by you through the Holy Spirit" in the same breath that you disparage the brother who disagrees with you as being guided only by his "natural human wisdom and understanding" - blind to the fact that in many cases, those who disagree with you are disagreeing with you because they are correct and you have misinterpreted the scriptures, and they can see your error.
Romans 14
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
2 Corinthians 5
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
Nope!! Our appearing before the judgment seat of Christ
is NOW, ever since His death and resurrection,
NOT after He returns in flaming fire!
That judgment is completely described in KJV John 3:18, and is literally fulfilled through/by John 3:3-8, John 14:23 and Rev. 3:20.
2 Cor. 5:10 is about what good things or bad things we have done in our body, which is either we have ACCEPTED Christ into our life, or we have REJECTED Christ from our life. Rom. 8:8-9
The two thieves on their crosses are our example.
1. One was not repentant and8 therefore rejected Christ, and would not allow himself to come before Him.
2. The other was repentant and confessed that Jesus was Lord, by asking Jesus to "remember" him, when He came into His kingdom. Luke 23:38-43.
If you recall correctly, Jesus mortally died before the two thieves did.
1. Therefore, one thief is eternally lost. He did not believe and was not repentant, therefore he refused to appear before Christ's judgment.
2. The other thief did believe and was repentant. He willingly appeared before Christ's judgment, by ASKING Him that he might be Remembered by Him. As we know, that thief is now eternally saved!
12 For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
Your (AD 70 Preterist) thinking has you puffed up in your own natural human wisdom, brother. That's why you judge your brother as inspired or guided only by his natural human wisdom but not by God the moment he disagrees with what in your hubris you believe you received from the Holy Spirit regarding scripture.
Your words will embarrass you when Christ returns, unless you admit your fault, and repent of it beforehand - because a great portion of scripture has been misinterpreted by you in order to make it comply with Preterist doctrine, which is false doctrine.
It is readily apparent to me that you do not, or cannot understand all of 1 Cor. ch. 2 at the moment.
1 Cor. 2
[
15] But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
[
16] For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?
But we have the mind of Christ.
Through the mind of Christ within you(?), please read and study all of 1 Cor. ch. 2.
There are many
professing Christians who have come to Jesus for the forgiveness of sins, but never personally opened "the door"/ invited Him INTO the very being of their life. John 14:23; 1 John 5:11-13; Rev. 3:20.
All of such may be suspect of those who "
have a form of godliness", thus
having not the Gift of the Holy Spirit, and therefore are all about
doing their OWN "good works" for approval and "to be seen of by men".
2 Tim. 3
[
5]
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power [authority] thereof: from such turn away.
[
7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Mat. 7
[
22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied
in thy name? and
in thy name have cast out devils?
and in thy name done many wonderful works?
[
23] And then will I profess unto them,
I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity Why?? They never had the Holy Spirit of God/Christ within them- Rom. 8:9
Oh yes!!! They had God's Biblical words within their conscious mind, but never did they ever have the Holy Spirit Himself.
It's the parable about the 10 virgins.
5 were wise and 5 were foolish.
Try to find out
WHY there were 5 foolish.
