They would be wrong. In science, the word "theory" means a hypothesis that has been repeatedly verified by facts. Facts are data. Hypotheses are testable predictions about a natural phenomena. Theories are ideas that explain the phenomena, and which have been confirmed by facts.

So on that basis there wouldn't be much difference between a conspiracy being a 'theory' or being a 'fact. LOL

In everyday usage, "theory" has been degraded to something like 'guess.'

Doing research on the origins of the Lollards, I found myself looking at some accounts of the Black Death that killed somewhere between a third and a half of the population of Europe.

When will a man trying to do good get a break. Bill Gates took seriously the issue of how do you build sewage treatment plants in countries that cannot afford modern systems. He got engineers, companies to design and build solutions that are now out there working. I take my hat off to this guy, he is doing stuff governments and others are not.

Any believer who opposes those who help the poor and needy does not know Jesus. Jesus's heart is for the vulnerable. If covid19 takes a hold in africa, millions could die in months. David Ike claimed he was Jesus reincarnated. He is a lunatic and a fraud. If he says anything, the truth is probably the opposite. In the uk they banned him because people were setting fire to 5G masts because of his nutcase ideas.

If you want a police state, you let unscientific conspiracy ideas run riot without proper responses or curbing these lunatics. And yes anything could cause anything, but you need to have a reasonable cause and effect. A virus is an organism that comes from living creatures, that can jump species on occasion. 5 G is radio waves, or light at low frequency is what we use for phones etc. The only thing these waves can do is damage biological life, and this is only at massive energies, not even close to what we get in our homes or from masts. Now I know very little in detail about these subjects, but enough to dismiss these lunatics as lunatics.

There is no need for a chip. A proven technology is facial recognition programming. China has used this against Muslims in it remoter provinces and is starting to use it to monitor and reward/punish cityzen on there behaviour.

If you want to panic about government monitoring and controlling your behaviour, this is what you should be going gray over.

WMC...There's a lot more that that recognition technology mate....think much bigger and more intrusive, that is a permanent resident in your home and even your bedroom. A lot of it was first experimented under the US secretive DARPA programs and even the Q engineers of the UK and N. America...and I once worked for them (Qinetiq), before it gets rolled out by other public developers and companies that many 'love to death.'

Facial recognition is only a percentage of goodies in store for you, for your own good, safety and security as deemed necessary by the 'Chancellors' of the New Age. And there should be no panic for those in Christ anyway when this time arrives.

If and when the time comes and surely will someday, they will know what time it is ....like all the believers who knew the signs and words of Christ to flee. And they all did around 66-68 AD before Rome destroyed Jerusalem and many part of Judea by 70 AD. This time though they will be delivered by our Lord personally, whether through their deaths or when he returns, and this time not by their own fast moving feet speeding away from the sword or spear of the enemies of God.
