Beware of antichrist groups. The use of directed energy weapons, poisonous weapons (chemicals), biologic weapons for the most part are forbidden under the Geneva convention of world wars 1 and 2. They are expressly forbidden to use against civilians and during peace time.
Non-lethal deterents are not forbidden, like pepper sprays, non lethal crowd control deterents of directed energy weapons. Biologic deterents I have not studied as far as non lethal deterents. I believe some have.
The use of lethal agents might be used to confuse things like the wrath of God. An antichrist group confusing who is harming people has been done in history and warfare, including peaceful populations.
God may use judgments against the wicked to give them back their death they have afflicted his people with.
The enemies of God have, in times of past, used lethal force against God's people. You know them as witchcraft and voodoo practices where the use of chemicals and other dangerous substances is used with trickery to hide the use of the lethal agents and those using them.
Use of enslaving drugs that have no medicinal value are also problematic. The DEA here in the United States has a database of those restricted chemicals.
God gives life, death is only given in severe cases of those that harm others intentionally for long durations of time and will not hear his words of prophecy. Like those of historical accounts of Babylon, Egypt and Sodom.
