Those without ID won't be allowed to vote in Arizonas state and local elections, but they will be given a ballot for "Federal Elections"?

That's nothing but liberals stiring the pot, non citizen Illegal immigrants can't vote in federal elections. Some States allow illegals to vote in local counties and city elections

Arizona can give non-citizen illegal aliens federal ballots, if they get caught voting its 1 year prison and or deportation

Maybe Arizona is starting a round up strategy?

In my home state you show ID at the voting station assigned by your address. On the top of the ballot card the elections volunteer hands you is your SSN.

Isn't there something the electorate,us,can do to hold Congress accountable when they violate the immigration laws they put into effect as law makers?

First - that's almost entrapment. How do you know that an individual from a non English speaking country clearly understands the form they are being handed is illegal for them to submit?

Can we get a list of people for whom voting in our Federal elections is illegal who are being handed a ballot as if it's fine for them to fill out? That would make it easier to make sure they didn't, knowingly or unknowingly, fill out and submit said ballot...

It honestly sounds like they are intentionally trying to pollute people's faith in our elections...

No you're misunderstanding the law I think.

Allowing illegals to vote in local and state elections is up to each individual state...

A state with a higher population of illegals for instance, might allow illegals to vote in local elections since they live there and various decisions affect their lives such as who sits on the school board.. This is up to each individual state to decide who can participate in local and state elections.

It's only Federal elections (presidential elections and the like) that are illegal across the board for illegal aliens to vote in. It's an actual crime for an illegal alien to cast a ballot for the presidential elections, for example..

And it appears Arizona is handing illegal aliens federal election only ballots.. that should stop.. seriously. Illegals can't fill them out without it being a crime, so don't hand them the ballot.

Idiotic moves like that used to be called entrapment.

I am going to vote in the USA Elections then i am going to Vote in the Russian Elections as well ? Citizen's of the world unite !
