The topic of a failed experiment set of USA history involved a term "MK-Ultra".
People caught on to a hidden program of some few persons and exposed it and suppressed the abusers.
The type of "Subject Control" has had a long history dating back millennia to early biblical stories including Egypt and it's sorcerers.
The most notable war era was Nazi Germany and the Civil wars to end human slavery.
----
I can remember when I was a child seeing books the older kids were reading from wacky crazy comic books, like mad magazine or earlier spoofs like 1960's books.
The history of controlling an animal is important in farming.
But treating humans like animals and treating them as property really is an ongoing hate, controll and abuse issue in the world.
From standard thefts, to rape and murderer, false testimony to convict the innocent, etc.
The ongoing fight against slavery and underground child abduction is a serious issue and serious crime.
The Lord has said, he is here to dismantle and therefore destroy Sodom and Egypt. Which are those cities. Enslaving the bodies, minds, hearts and broken spirits of people is one such tactic.
The MK-Ultra exposed issue was that of a disturbing doctor study, post graduate that went unnoticed for some time.
Beyond that is the scope of everyone in society and the recovery from hate embedded in people from abuses, also treating people like property, sub human abuses included, etc.
I will reference some historical links for anyone interested.

1960s Concepts and LiteratureMental Domination & Willpower: Pulp titles and esoteric guides from the era (such as Frank Rudolph Young's The Laws of Mental Domination published in 1966) claimed users could project thoughts or bend others to their will using intense concentration.Hypnotism and Suggestion: Self-help books from the decade, like Leslie M. LeCron’s 1964 Self-Hypnotism, popularized practical ways to alter behavior, relaxation, and focus through guided suggestion rather than covert control.Cybernetics and Self-Image: Maxwell Maltz’s 1960 bestseller Psycho-Cybernetics treated the human brain like a guided mechanism, arguing that adjusting self-image could effectively "program" personal goals and actions. The Cultural Panic: Real government research during this period (such as the CIA's MKUltra project) fueled massive public speculation, spy novels, and magazine articles about secret chemical or psychological brainwashing techniques. If you are researching the history of 1960s pop psychology or cold war cultural media, let me know if you would like to explore:Specific details on MKUltra and public media perceptionThe history of cybernetics and early self-help books

The Mechanisms of Continued ServitudeWhile large-scale antebellum slavery disappeared after the Civil War, systems of control evolved to keep African American laborers trapped in involuntary servitude
ebt Peonage: Landowners and plantation bosses manipulated accounts, claiming workers perpetually owed money for food, tools, and housing, thus legally justifying forcing them to stay and work off a fabricated debt.Isolation and Coercion: Some isolated families were kept in total or near-total ignorance of the outside world, federal laws, and emancipation. They faced extreme physical violence, threats against their lives, and armed recapture if they tried to escape.Convict Leasing: Though phased out earlier in the century, state and local judicial systems historically fed a pipeline of forced labor by arresting Black individuals under vague "vagrancy" laws and leasing their labor out to private entities.
