i am interested to hear other peoples views in this area. i have trained and worked in the beauty industry, and while training, i became increasingly aware of the broad range of holistic therapies out there, such as yoga, reiki, shiatsu massage, hot and cold stone treatments, reflexology, aromatherapy, pilates etc. anyone have any opinions, for or against?
