Believers who affair then marry are ongoing adulterers yet still saved ?

Please let me know the verse/s from Paul that teach that as a requirement to remain saved & HS sealed.

I'm guilty of repeating the same sin so how is that repenting ?
The only repent that Paul teaches that is required to be saved & HS sealed is repent from disbelief.

Are there verses from Paul that teach repent from anything else is also a condition to be saved & HS sealed ?
