The flip side of my post about Kamala:
1. He's funny. He possess a self-awareness of life's absurdity. That he mocks the Left's law fare and other positions they hold is something they hate. But because he delivers it in a funny and not mean spirited way - like Kamala would do if she were stupid enough to attend - they cannot help but laugh in the moment of truth, when humanity breaks through the persistent seeking of power.
2. He's Christian. He feels at home at this Catholic event and honestly respects the good the RCC does in the world. Therefore, there is a genuineness, a sincerity in him feeling honored to be a part of it.
Chuck Schumer is seated closest to the lectern. He's Jewish. Ironic, huh?
