Blessings for going to church...

I miss the praise sessions in some churches . But not the doctrine .
I tried at times my friend to politely even correct the leaders . Doing it in private just as i should .
But they would not hear me my friend .
I never expected a perfect church . BUT THE DOCTRINE HAS TO BE PERFECT . IT must be so that the church can grow .
IF the leaders wont preach truth , then all who sit under them are doomed . AND if a leader wont repent
when he is corrected , RUN and take who you can with you .
Leaders who love the LORD would recieve correction if they are in error . But men who love the world and the praise of men
WONT . Your right , ITS THE WILL OF GOD BE DONE .

When I was young in the Lord and learning I simply sat back and listened because everyone knew more than I did. As the years past and I read my Bible regularly and talked with God, He began to show me some things, which made me less likely to receive without question what men assured was the correct doctrine on this or on that.

My old pastor did not know everything, but his heart was always striving to do everything God's Way. God let me see that clearly, so when people put my pastor out not according to God's will I had to leave as well. I was simply disconnected for over a year and then came the COVID 19 lockdowns and I stopped even visiting churches as my wife had no immune system and I am an easy carrier of almost anything. I remain primary caretake for my 96 year old pastor and my semi-invalid wife. With this and in this, I serve God. This forum remains my primary source of the things of God online. God may not be done with me yet. Moses did not start to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt until he was 80. I am only 77...

He took me out for a while too, around the same time. My belief was that it was because of the COVID-19 problem coming up then. He let me go back after I was vaccinated. Strange days now with the delta variant. Anyways, yeah I was feeling left out and not connected so I went to be part of something bigger. And now I feel better.

Whatever you do my friend and brother, stay close to God. Be led always by His Spirit. Without Him we truly can do nothing... nothing Good that is!

I'm not going to lead people away from going to church just because you demand perfection from the leaders. We are to follow Christ in all things, and that holds true when we hear false doctrine. This is why Christ preached perfectly. I'm not going to attack a church because they preach false doctrine. The people are free to believe what they think is truth. And I will attend to most correct church I can. I know you don't like the Catholics, but this thread isn't about Catholics or false doctrine, it's about quoting scripture that says we are blessed for attending church. You have a right to an opinion.

So is it your opinion that we are not blessed for attending church? And can you quote me scripture that says that idea? Please stay on topic.

I've already read the scriptures several times and it teaches us to meet and fellowship one with another. This is part of salvation as teached in the scriptures. If we're not attending church then we're isolating and psychology teaches us that has negative effects on a person. Sometimes people need to learn from other people in how to be acceptable in a congregation. But yeah there are plenty of scriptures that teach us to attend church services:

1 Thessalonians 5:11
11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

Hebrews 10:25
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Amen! My old pastor received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in 1936. He was a minister, for most of the years after that pastoring many churches in many states until 2018 when here in Oklahoma he was put out of a church he had built with God's help from the ground up.

He was 94 when they put him out and in my opinion the ones that did it trampled all over the will of God as they pursued their own agendas. Still without a church home of his own he ministers to people by phone. Until a couple of months ago he was still traveling to various states ministering to people. Now, I believe, he is really heading physically down toward the end of his course here, but his heart is still on fire for God. He is 96 years old!

I am watching closely my friend . DO NOTICE she already had covid . ITS DOING Exactly what it did in the animal trials .
This shot is with folks for the rest of their lives . What is going to happen to some when they come into contact
with any virus similar to corona . IS the body going to go haywire or not .
I have been watching this . AND I AM SEEING a trend . Those getting the shots who already had the covid
are having problems .
SO too we have folks in my own town , DYING in the hospital . AND they were vaccinated . GEE , i wonder if their immune
system did the same thing the animals did when they came into contact with said virus .
OH i warned us all not to take this thing . FOR those who did , PRAY to the LORD for protection . I will be praying with them as well
that their immune systems dont go haywire when they come into contact with virus .

He assured me twice that I'd get hit by lightning before I had NMS from stemetil. No lightning, but I did get to see Jesus! In the New Jerusalem, of all places! They killed me by treating a symptom of Lupus. But they still won't give me HCQ, which once put me in remission, with no side effects!
Sooner or later, in this life or the next, these people will pay. I forgive them...vengeance is the Lord's.
In defense of my doctor...he is a great doctor, and has stuck by me through thick and thin. I don't think he has a choice. I won't take the vaccine. Perhaps if I did, I'd get HCQ.

Yeah the population is getting out of control. But I don't think vaccines are the way to go about it. They're currently busy making people afraid of the opposite sex and encourage same sex unions? Maybe there's a few population controls in effect.
