Mix in the anonymous bad ballots with the others, and you will never know the truth.

I wonder if they have some kind of tracking ID recorded.

Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick stepped up his legal efforts to block the counting of undated mail ballots Friday, as incumbent Democrat Bob Casey came to the defense of four county election boards that defied the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and voted to include them in their final tallies.

In a suit filed Friday, McCormick accused Philadelphia’s Board of Commissioners of willfully ignoring earlier orders from the state’s high court that counties should reject ballots from voters who failed to date or incorrectly dated the outer envelopes, as required by state law, in this year’s election.

The editorial board of the Washington Post published a critical piece about Pennsylvania Democrats Saturday, denouncing politicians who voted in favor of counting invalid ballots during a U.S. Senate race recount.

The piece came as Keystone State Democrats seek to salvage invalid provisional ballots in favor of Democratic Sen. Bob Casey, who lost to Republican Senator-elect Dave McCormick in the Nov. 5 election.

Casey lost by a margin of around 24,000 votes and has not yet conceded the race. Because the margin between the two candidates was less than half a point, an automatic recount was triggered by Pennsylvania law.

State rules dictate that provisional ballots must be signed in two places and that mail-in votes must include correct dates. Democrats in some counties have voted in favor of counting ballots that were deemed invalid, which contradicts a ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

If the recount changes the election, this will be overturned by the courts, even all the way to the US supreme court if needed.
These invalid ballots came from Philadelphia a blue area.

These officials need to be arrested and prosecuted.

From a poster on the Fox News forum

Casey has hired Mark Elias, the attorney behind Fusion GPS and the fake russian collision hoax, to run his recount efforts.
You can bet they are committing fraud in the back rooms alongside sympathetic DA’s.
This is what a true THREAT TO DEMOCRACY looks like.

The Republicans will soon create laws that will make mandatory positive voter ID in all federal elections, no more drop boxes, early voting, paper ballots, clean up voter rolls before all federal elections, etc

Court issued ruling again a second time to enforce the prior ruling, why are democrats cheating, see it just proves they are cheating.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court in its decision said Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery “shall comply with the prior rulings of this Court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code, shall not be counted.” Republicans have previously argued that the law as set by the state legislature says the outer envelope shall be dated and election officials must follow the letter of the law.

Democrats came under fire by Republicans for defying the court, especially Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, who said last week, “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country and people violate laws anytime they want. So for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want the court to pay attention to it.”

After the ruling, Donald Trump’s campaign manager Chris LaCivita shared the news on social media and wrote, “ok so now let’s get the state police involved,” seeming to suggest that law enforcement should start investigating.

Vic Walczak, the legal director of ACLU of Pennsylvania, which has been involved in most of the litigation around this issue, said commissioners are “justifiably frustrated that the legislature has refused to fix this eminently fixable problem.”

Shapiro finally came out and said they must obey the rule of law and cease counting illegal votes

Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) sided with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in its ruling that faulty mail-in ballots can't be counted.

Four Pennsylvania counties openly disregarded a ruling from the highest state court that ballots without signatures or dates cannot be counted, opening up a legal battle with Republican National Committee lawyers. Shapiro came out on the side of the RNC and state Supreme Court, arguing that disregarding the ruling would damage faith in the electoral process.

“Any insinuation that our laws can be ignored or do not matter is irresponsible and does damage to faith in our electoral process. The rule of law matters in Pennsylvania. ... It is critical for counties in both parties to respect it with both their rhetoric and their actions,” he said.

Shapiro is a rare case in which a Democrat has taken the side of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and RNC in the dispute. Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) was dismissive of concerns about the ballots, telling CNN's Jake Tapper that the matter wasn't important due to the small number of votes. He criticized outlets that called the race for McCormick two days after the election.

The RNC had criticized Shapiro for not speaking up in defense of the court's decision.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in favor of the RNC regarding the faulty ballots for a second time on Monday.
