It's astounding how much money has been spent on that high speed rail...with only a short, unfinished portion of concrete completed. And it's out in the middle of farmland.

I sometimes think the senators and representatives should take a bit less of a raise and give a tiny percentage more to Social Security recipients. At least Social Security recipients on the lower end. The annual COLA doesn't go far. And I understand a lot of senators and representatives miss some sessions when they are supposed to be there.
