It hasn't cratered like other currencies. The feeling is that unless the US does something stupid, we will not be in as much trouble as other nations.
That was expressed before stupid reigned down during the past two days.

250 billion bill for chips manufacturing in the US. However only 52 billion goes to the manufacturers. No guard rails to prevent money from going to China ......Where exactly is 198 billion going?

Manchin comes to an agreement with Schumer. A version of Build Back Stupid will be voted on this week if not next week. Massive tax increases across the board. Leave it to the Democrats, If it's moving, tax it. If it's not moving, tax it. If it's dead, tax it again!

We put up with small amounts of inflation over longer periods of time so as to adjust to things being what they are. This high inflation is going to cause recession and go on for a while. First of all ..... We didn't vote for this. Never, in the history of this country, has any single party cast 81 million votes. In the Midterms there will not be 81 million Democrat votes. In the 2024 election there will not 81 million votes for Democrats. This past election was stolen right under our noses. There is proof of the theft and it's not deniable.

The question becomes, will the Congress flip in both Houses? If they do, a lot of the cult following will be pushed aside. The Puppet in the White House will have his teeth removed. Any Executive action will and can be nullified.

In my view Mitch McConnell needs to be replaced. It's time for new blood to run things. The only reason this economy is still a success is because of the foundation in place by Trump. Had this been a Hillary foundation, we would resemble Venezuela. If we take both Houses of Congress .... a lot of people should lawyer up, The next two years are going to be a bumpy ride over the struggle between the White House and Congress. I forgot to mention, this President will resign, he'll do so in Nixon like manner because he'll be impeached otherwise. He'll blame it on health reasons.
