It is probably true. Europe is implementing something similar with the Euro.

Right now, I cannot find any evidence that this has already been implemented in China. If anybody can provide any that is reliable, then I will certainly examine it.

This confirms what I suspected when I first saw the OP's video. Namely, that it is "fake news."
Your loss! Because you only see God with your religious glasses on, you CAN NOT SEE how situations and events IN THE WORLD build up to the climatic point of WHEN a prophecy is literally being FULFILLED.
In the words: "no man might buy or sell" is the clue that reveals that the MoB is Economic and not religiously wrapped up with the Roman Catholic church or any other religion.
