Born again and discipled in the All Scripture = Holy Bible readers,

May GOD the FATHER of our Lord Jesus Christ bless you with all Heavenly promise that have been promised for you, the 'seed' of Abraham according to the New Covenant/Agreement/Testament.

First of all, seek ye the Kingdom of GOD and HIS righteousness which is relative to 2Timothy3:16&17, as also GOD said that without knowledge HIS people perish.

This tread is about 'iron sharpens iron', and may come with correction in order to be encouraged and not discouraged since is from GOD and HIS Word for the people HE love.

Let's begin, as we perceive in the spirit, before the Law of Moses came, sin was not recorded, while 'tithe' begin with Cain and Abel 'naturally' or 'by wisdom given from above'.

Therefore when the Law came from Moses to the israelites, sin began to be recorded in Heaven and for judgement.

While at the same time, daily temporray sacrifices were implemented inn order to be forgiven and cleanse from all unrighteousness for that one day and night only.

And by Apostle Paul who's 'zeal' in study and pratice to all in the Law, even under Gamilleel the top teacher and mentor, we learn he did struggle with sin daily, even claiming to be miserable. (Romans ch.7)

Only by the Holky Ghost and the Law of Christ, we now have as the New Testament in the Holy Bible, set him free, from once desire and passion of the flesh, now to excel forth in the bodily born again spirit.

As how he also exclaim to the church, by the Law the sin and curse that comes with it, if one fail to comply even breaking to the least in the letter, since practice one compulsory practice them all.

Therefore good news for the born again church, is that the Law of Moses is abolished from them and they've been given and made with the Law of Christ and Holy Ghost as per the New Testament.

Which has set them free from and it's bondage, henceforth remain free now as 'doers' and 'abiders' in the teaching of Christ from the Gospel according to Matthew to the Revelation according to John.

Now the question is, why the church implementing and reminding believers about their 'tithes', besides on the other hand also about their offering in other areas?

Never the Apostles of the New Testament the church is built in, mentioned about 'tithes, but rather 'cheerful giving' and 'generous offering', and in Acts believers sold half of their properties for offerings.

Remember from John the Baptist to those who think they're worthy of repentance, for one, have two give one to a needy brethren.

On that day Jesus also pointed out to His disciples about 'tithing' or 'offering' in the Temple, where many gave out of their abundance, while a widow gave all that she had, 2 coins.

'Tithes' is a letter pertaining to the Law of Moses, practice one to the letter must practice all, violate even to the least in the letter one is under curse.

This is as according to Apostle Paul to the Gentile city church of Galatians, since they were 'bewitched' by a sneaked in Jews about 'circumcission'.

Please listen and pay attention to the foundation of the Apostles in the New Testament we're built upon, therefore we repent and not shocked on that day.

When and where the Lord reject servants who claim to have labored in His name, as to never knew them, and to depart from Him workers of 'lawlessness' or 'iniquity'.

Shalom in the name of Lord Jesus Christ

These modern "churches" have fleeced the flock for centuries. They convinced the congregations that they must give 10 percent of there income. I have sat under this error for most of my life; until I really studied this on my own. The tithe was meant only for the Levite priests in the OT, under the law. This was always in produce or livestock, always in food. The Levites were not supposed to own land, so they could not grow their own food and the Tithe was made for that and giving to the poor. So, it is obvious that the tithe for Christians is a teaching of men. They teach both Law and grace at the same time. So, since the Levitical priesthood was done away with when Jesus became our forever High Priest.
Num. 18:21
Num 18:24
Deut. 14:22, 23-26

Yes, as of the last 10 or 15 years many of them switched out the word "tithe" for "offerings", like that changes anything?
So we see in scripture that the tithe was ONLY for food and for the Levite priests as, they were not allowed by God to own land. It is NEVER money. And, any money that was collected for alms or offerings was to go to widows, orphans and those in need. It was never meant to give pastors a 6 or 7 figure income! Pastoring is NOT supposed to be a "career" as Jesus told His disciples "freely you have received, freely give."

Yes, those who pastor and teach, especially those who travel to different cities, are to be given their food and shelter, but this manmade tithing is so wrong. And we now have celebrity pastors raking it in. They have their personal planes, very rich mansions, expensive cars and so much more than their congregants have. It's like they are rock stars, and their followers heap them up to tickle their ears and tell them what they want to hear, and they are idolized!
They also use pressure, guilt and fear to steal from the folks and it has been going on for probably hundreds and hundreds of years. And way too many Christians do not search the scriptures but, just believe the well dressed guy in the pulpit.

Pal said "if you do not work, you do not eat" And he meant himself also. 2 Thess. 3:7-10.

Our offerings are to be given in gladness, not under compulsion. 2 Cor. 9:7

The church has been infiltrated by the enemy from it's inception. In so many ways.

Lord open the eyes of those willing to see, amen!
