It's so obvious that most of you are just talking about something you have absolutely no understanding about... it's like just because you read the bible doesn't automatically make you an expert about everything... especially what you have no personal experience with or understanding about.

1) It's not poisonous... it actually has medical benefits which is why it's prescribed by doctors.

2) It's not illegal if you have a prescription... if where you live it is then don't smoke it... in Cali it is legal with a prescription... and that's where I live... thank God...

So here's the deal... if it doesn't benefit you or if you're convicted about doing it... or if it's illegal where you live... don't do it.

But mind your own business when it comes to everyone else... to each their own...

Here's the one face of bitter religious judgmental christians ... ... haha

Doctors dont recommend a person smoke the stuff though.... there are other forms of natural medicines that can be used for pain relief... marijuana is still a toxin and its use still violates Gods requirement to keep ourselves clean.

fornication is not illegal in many places either...neither is extra marital affairs... nor is swearing. Just because something is legal by mans standards, does not mean it is acceptable to God.

This is the time to put Jesus principle to work.... "pay back therefore Caesars things to Caesar, but Gods things to God" Gods law is to be obeyed above mans.

But mind your own business when it comes to everyone else... to each their own...

thats true too

if you want to do it , do it. But dont expect to have Gods favor at the same time.

Smoke of any kind is always carcinogenic. To say that tobacco is bad (which it is ) and weed is good is simply more devil inspired political corruptness. Ya, I know it's available in pill form, and those lying criminals in Washington want to make you a dull as possible, they always have! The Latin word for many is poly, ticks are blood suckers......you make the connection.

just a simple question i need help with

is smoking marijuana a sin? why?
With some people this starts them off on to the wrong path and i have seen old friends come down in a bad way with all the problems it causes them.
With others they had the strength to dabble a little bit with it but never got right into it and them people grew out of smoking it and have no interest with it now.
So i would say that it is a sinful thing to do. especially if you entice others into doing it as how do you know if they have the will power or strength in character for it not to lead them to their destruction with other stuff.

All this stuff is so one sided and ignorant and is obviously just information being repeated that was originally from a source who had no idea what they were talking about either... haha... thanks for reminding me of one of the reasons why I quit going to church and listening to some guy ramble on for an hour... that was one of the things I hated... some guy standing up on a stage and talking about stuff like he knew it all because he read the bible... when he actually had no experience of the things he was jaboring on about... haha...

You want to know what drugs do... why don't you ask someone who's actually done them... instead of talking about something that you have no idea about...

It's like when people who don't surf try to tell me about surfing... I just laugh at them... as without experience opinion holds little to no value...

And don't think I'm encouraging people to smoke weed... I'm just saying you have to tell the truth when talking about something... it's like if some kids reason for not smoking weed is because, "When people smoke weed they act like idiots" the first time they're at a high school party and see some of their friends smoke and they don't act like idiots it's going to be obvious that it was all a bunch of bull and there goes that person's perception of how much value or truth your opinion holds.

So tell truth which means tell both sides to the story... some people it effects this way... some people it effects that way...

Like my Mom today... we were talking about her drug addiction... and she didn't just talk about how horrible it all was... she talked about how fun it was at first... but how eventually the day came when it wasn't fun anymore... and in that day how it became bondage...

If you act like drugs are just this horrible bummer and include all these fictitious fear based propaganda about them all the kids gonna have to do is try them once and if they have fun all of a sudden it's gonna seem like you're a liar...

Is smoking marijuana (other than for sanctioned doctor-approved) medicinal purposes illegal in the U.S?

If the answer is yes, then you are required to "render unto Caesar that which is Caesars."

If you choose to smoke it anyway, you are intentionally breaking the law.

I am pretty sure God would classify that as a sin.
