According to this article the EU has asked major companies in social media to block "hate speech."

No doubt Christians will be caught up in this because many in the secular world are provoked by Christian ideals. In the US liberals label Christian organizations as hate groups because they are against abortion, or gay marriage. I also remember a Us government funded study that Identifies Evangelical Christianity among the most dangerous groups.

I was thinking, they are right about one thing. Christians are dangerous. We are the salt of the earth, and when the people of the world become like slugs they will shrivel away to nothing when we come into contact. So do not compromise with the world and lose your savor. Stay strong in the faith.

I am reminded of a dream, there was a swirling pillar of clouds surrounded by red lightning. The tornado like pillar would move from house to house and not destroy it with wind, but the water in the house would turn to steam and blow the house up from the inside out.

Kinda bizarre IMO that upon reading an article about social media seeking to curb hate speech, especially speech coming from terrorist organizations, you immediately jump to the conclusion that Christianity will be banned.

It's like you hear "hate speech from terrorists" and your first thought is "Christians".

Is it really that strange to expect attacks from enemies of the cross? The enemy uses every weapon in their arsenal and the failure to protect free speech creates an opening for them to use.

It's one thing to expect attacks from our enemies, it's something else entirely to see attacks where none exist (in this case equating "curbing hate speech from terrorists" with "attacking Christianity").
