Toothpastes on the market don't use organic (food-based) ingredients. God made saliva to respond hygienically to food ingredients in its enzymes. I use any number of parts of rich food oil, similar proportion of honey, a tiny amount of corn starch so they'll blend, and a tinier amount of baking soda. When I have it on hand I use real peppermint oil, same as they use in altoids. Fluoride, despite what they say, isn't necessary.
