This site cites more than a hundred contradictions in the Qur'an, I have to admit that some of these are not contradictions, but some of them are:http://www.answering-islam.org/Quran/Contra/index.htmlThis is clearly a contradiction
He it is Who hath created for you all that is on earth. Then He turned to the heaven, and made them into seven heavens. -- Sura 2:29
To summarize God created the earth and everything on it, then turned to the heaven (which at this time was smoke) and made them into seven heavensor Sura 79: 27-30
Are you the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? He raised the height thereof and ordered it; and He has made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. And after that, He spread out the earth. -- Sura 79:27-30
In this passage God raised the heaven and ordered it, which is in the process of the creation of the seven heavens, according to the Qur'an the order and the moon and stars were created after the creation of the seven heavens. After this God spreads out the earth, which implies that God created the earth and everything on it. Both cannot be true, we must therefore question which one of these accounts was revealed by Allah and which was not, unless Allah merely guessed.
