Suppose me and 100 other people at a stop light saw Person X go through a stop light. Of course yiu’re accept tha5 testimony as proving the claim.

Here, it’s not even a trial, the testimonies are >100. Yet, you deny the truth.

No. Atheism is inherently nihilistic. It’s not merely a denial but a positive determination; there is no God.

But why defend it since you do believe in a Creator?

There's a difference in saying that a creator may well have existed or exists and having a 100% belief in a creator. I thought that I had explained this.
Atheism is a disbelief, I can't speak for all atheists but very few would say that a God definitely doesn't exist or has never existed. Many like me will stick their neck out and say that they're sure that the mainstream Gods that mankind worships don't exist based on evidence...

I don't get your meaning here? Why would sheep run away from me? Unless of course I had a carving knife and some mint sauce.

Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to all .
HE who beleives and is baptized shall be saved but he who believes not shall be damned .
ANYONE who has any knowlege of the gospel , has ever heard the dire need to repent and believe on JESUS
and yet Fails to do so . IS NO LONGER IGNORANT . THEY are now WILLFULLY ignorant .
And there will be no mercy for those . something wrangler and others have no idea about .

No one who hears the gospel that ye MUST beleive on JESUS and then rejects it or later rejects it
IS ignorant , they cannot say HEY GOD we never heard the gopsel . THEY DID and THEY WILLFULLY REJECTED IT .
JESUS said shake the dust off your feet agaisnt such . HE D IDNT say , as wrangler did , to give them false hope and false mercy .
ANYONE who hears the gospel And rejects it , CALLS GOD a liar .
ITS pretty sad i have to remind the church so much about this . But remind i must do .
ITS not okay TO CALL GOD a liar . Its not okay to thus REJECT the gopsel of Christ . its a nightmare
for all who do so on JESUS day , is what it is .
You wont be , i wont be , they wont be judged by what one THOUGHT was truth or beleived .
JUDGED BY THE WORDS OF JESUS is what ALL WILL BE . MY WORDS will be HIS JUDGE on the last day .

Just as does an atheist , just as does an agnostic
just as does every other false religoin .

HE is father of lies . That is who you follow and all them other religoins follow .

read the bible . new borns and even children cannot yet discern .
GOD did allow the children to later enter into the promised land .
BUT he cast out all who were of age and had NOT beleived HIM .
SO you can try hard to tout this line . But some of us actually read our bible .
SO of course children are UNBELIVERS .
Not athiest not anything . THEY DONT BELIEVE in atheism or any other religoin .
SO to answer your question . NO new born babies are not atheist either .
They just UNLEARNED and unable to yet be able to discern .
