If the new blood covenant is the new covenant to the houses of Judah and Israel why do we not have Blood sacrifices now?

If the new blood covenant is the new covenant to the houses of Judah and Israel why do we not have an updated mosaic law now?
The Old Testament is quite clear that Jerusalem will have a new Stone Temple, return of animal sacrifices, pilgrimages, the Jewish priesthood and return of law and the MK.
The Bible is quite clear the time of the Gentiles/church will end with the rapture. So why do so many want to create church in the MK?
The church is both Jew and Gentile. But the body of Christ is Israel and church. Two distinct heirs with two distinct realities.
So many do not realize we're talking covenants here, not salvation.

@CoreIssue you are being a CarelessIssue in your mutterings of supposed facts provided by profits who claim the infallibility of their understandings.
