Well not all the pathogens are from the old soviet weapons. They also conduct research on many other pathogens that are not weaponized.

How much of the old bio pathogens are left I could not find out.

Also their is no information that states these pathogens are still in weapons form. But if they are still weaponized, then the US would be in violation of the very international treaty they helped establish! Or the work of deweaponinzing them is slower than most people think. these things are usually done in secrecy for obvious reasons.
