Where did the six pointed hexagram we call the David's Star originate from? I heard it came from the Rothschild family.

well actualy Yes and no actualy. The 6th century A.D. early medieval magic in which the seal showed up in was both Kabbalistic, and non Kabbalistic Cerimonial, and Ritualistic Magic. Magic always blends and Morphs, Alchemy for example, and anything else You can think of, gets blended once it apears as well. And it was not only Jews, by any means, who used the Symbol in Magic. And monumental lies on the life of Solomon was a Tour De Force favorite amongst all walks of the occult, especialy the Kabbalists, and the Masons, etc.., etc.., etc.., So even though the "Kabbalah," is amongst the most blasphemous type of occult speculation, it is not alone in that respect. I see, an anti-Kabbalistic comentary in the Bible, by the very nature of how the hebrew reads, and of course as such, it explains and warns against, Like I have said before, how these Gnostic and Kabbalistic systems work. I am no lover of the Kabbalah by any means, but rather posit the conclusion, that the "Enigmatic" way portions of Isaiah reads for example, is because it is an Anti-Kabbalistic, and Anti-Gnostic, commentary in places, along with the fact that the entire Bible tells the Story of Christ. And Isaiah has some of the most Beautiful Messianic passages You will find anywhere, and is Why Jews will not read Isaiah 53: My theories of Anti-Kabbalistic revelations and warnings, even if they turn out to be wrong, in no way means I have ever promoted the Kabbalah. And if One wants to see how truly evil it is, I recomend "Kabbalah and Eros," ISBN 0-300-10832-X ( For those of a strong and well grounded Spirit, and Faith, because the Book is not an anti-kabbalistic work, but rather a history of beliefs, you would not believe could have existed if they were not documented as historical fact ). I'll say one thing about the star of David. Since I am into math and geometry, I find it the most interesting geometrical figure one can play with. It has several numbers associated with it.

Leading up to and during WW2 the Nazi's forced Jewish people to wear the star as a means of identification in the concentration camps. Its become a symbol of Judaism as well, which I believe is God using that which was meant for harm and turning it to His purpose.
