Payday for Satan and all of the unrighteous of mankind is still over 1,000 years plus from now. It is only then that Satan will learn that his scoffing at God's directive to Adam that If Adam sinned and ate from the tree of knowledge that he would die the second death in the distant future.

Satan had told Eve that this was not the case and that she would not die. After she had eaten the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge and she had not died immediately, she then offered some of the fruit of the tree of knowledge to Adam and he also ate of it.

God in His grace will give people, who earnestly repent of their turning away from God, Life. Sadly, many Christians know the process of how to gain life but are unwilling to relinquish their control over their life and be subjected to God's statutes and commandments and His love.

The point is that if you have the fulfilment of the law, you have life - so the Devil's attacks amount to nothing (but provocation for the sake of faith).

Because that is the penalty for man and his physical body, not the fallen angels. but even fallen man will have his body resurrected immmorttal and be cast to suffer forever in the lake of fire as Satan and his cohorts will.

Yes I aqm rock solide. But even physical death is not a permanent state as itr is written:

Revelation 20:12-15

King James Version

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

All of mankind will be brought out of the grave and stand before God. Death and the grave are destroyed in the lake of fire- and then all the lost will be cast into the lake of fire and suffer forever.

But we are told the power of sin is dead.

Point 1. For those who foolishly believe in a fallen angel, its dead!
Point 2. For those who understand Paul personification of Sin then you can be assured the Power of Sin has been destroyed in Christ

- a mortal (physical being) manKind
….IS naturally born having God “with” them.
….IS naturally born having NOT chosen for them to be “with” God.
….CAN naturally choose to BE “with” God.
….CAN naturally choose to REJECT God, thus “they” “without” God.

- a spirit (spiritual beings) angleKind
…Is spiritually created having God “with” them.
…is spiritually made having God “with” them.
…CAN spiritually choose to remain “with” God.
…CAN spiritually choose to Reject God and they be “WITHOUT” God.

Death has two conatations …

Mortal -
physical -
Shall physically cease living -
Per their Choosing While mortally Alive; to Be “with” God, or to Be “without” God; determines AFTER their mortal Death; IF; Gods SHALL remain WITH THEM or WIthOUT THEM.


Spirit -
spiritual -
Can spiritually cease living “WITH” God.
Can NOT physically Die.
Can Experience A spiritual Death (which IS separation from God,)
Separation from God, IS a spiritual Death.
IF they CHOOSE to be “WITHOUT” God…
THEY SHALL, AFTER THEIR Judgement Day;
Thereafter, Have God “WITHOUT” Them.

God IS Spirit.
AN ETERAL separation FROM God, IS an ETERNAL Death for that “individual” being…
Celestial (angelKIND) or Terrestrial (manKIND)

Celestials (angelKIND) live forever. (With or Without) God.

Terrestrial (mortal ManKIND) live temporarily.
Terrestrial (mortal ManKIND)..
** CAN spiritually be MADE alive and Live Forever..
** CAN spiritually Never be MADE alive and Cease Living Forever.

Gods “Pleasure” is NOT YET FULFILLED.
ManKINDS “Purpose” is NOT YET FULFILLED
Satans “Purpose” is NOT YeT FULFILLED.

For Satan to do something else he would have to change goal completely, but what other goal than enslaving humanity and trying to be worshipped as God would be worth it for someone who put himself in his position?
He will not back down and will try to succeed no matter what because backing down now would mean he has done all this for nothing, and for an angel prideful enough to want to replace God this is not an acceptable option.
He has free will, but his pride is what makes his fate set in stone.

Didn’t Paul say something like we are all slaves to sin? So in that regard it’s mission accomplished. Now it would seem like satan only has to pick us off one by one before we can atone/repent our sins. Basically forego all the theatrics and spectacle. Prideful, yes, but also the most cunning of god’s creatures
