is getting much worse in his dementia.

I don't think he will debate Trump either for that reason.

I actually feel sorry for Biden.... stumbling a lot and making mistakes with his speeches. They should at least get him a cane.... better than an elderly person falling and breaking a hip or something.

Yes, I've already heard him say he'd debate "if Trump behaves himself." He'll simply say Trump isn't behaving himself.
