Hebrews 1 speaks of the Lord Jesus, God's eternal Son, as being superior to angels who are ministering spirits.

the angels help to do Gods Will on the earth....and they help those who are doing Gods will on earth.

They ministered to Jesus, but did not prevent his execution.
They assisted the Apostle Paul in his ministry, but did not prevent Paul from be imprisoned/shipwrecked/beaten or executed

So they help in a limited way. They do not interfere with the lives of humans or act as 'guardian angels' as some people think.

Yes. It is written they are to be ministering to those God sets apart for Himself, or to others as God Directs.
They have often protected little children while the people remained unaware.
