We know or believe that Jesus knows everything but did He know or choose not to know the woman who touched Him for healing when He asked?

I see it this way - the capacity of the human brain is limited.
Jesus did not know every event and every information in the Universe while He was in His human body, i.e. since His birth to His resurrection.

A person who knows everything doesn’t grow in knowledge and doesn’t say there is something that he doesn’t know. We see in scripture that Jesus did both of those things.
A straightforward reading of the incident points to him neither knowing nor choosing not to know; he simply didn’t know and asked.
