Acts 17:26
26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Did you also realize that just as God is choosing out a people to carry on His name sake(The Word of God) to be the rulers, kings and priests of the new heaven and earth age(3rd) to come. That all who are rulers and kings and priests of this heaven and earth age were also chosen before the foundation of that world that was destroyed by the flood of Noah? They come back in their order. God must train them up, meaning RAISE UP their standards to learn the ways or high calling as Paul puts it, of God.
2 Peter 2:5
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

Gen. tells us that there are GENERATIONS of the heavens and earth. Heaven is the HIGH life(Good life due to following Christ in Righteousness) and the dust of the earth is the LOWER life(Poverty due to sinful disobedience).
Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,

And for those who do not believe that Jesus was a man, yet born of the Spirit as the Son of God who kept the law in his lifetime to LEGALLY take our place being our ransom to the Father to buy us back from Satan's grip by making the Spirit available once again, to rid us day by day of our sinful ways until we come into the wholeness of Christ being perfected in THE WORD,
I give you this:
Heb 2:6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
