It's the national guard. They're there to help protect law abiding people in high crime areas. Criminals thrive on society's understanding and indifference. I'm glad something is finally being done about it.

Americans seemingly dont realize that in 1989, when Gobachav allowed the Berlin wall to come down.. and ended all those "Satellite states">........ that He did this .... in good faith...because Ronald Regan told Him that America and Nato would never come toward Russia with any military situation if He did all that., so he trusted Regan and kept his word.
