I'm not "in the flesh"
Do just one little mess up in future sin, and yes you are, right back to being under the law.
You apparently have not studied your Bible enough to understand the difference between our being here in a flesh body vs. our hope for the future glory to come. Apostle Paul often spoke in terms of the glory that is still yet to come, and many mistake that as already having arrived, when he never taught that it did, lot of brethren just 'assume' that. And here's an example of Apostle Paul showing that future glory has not yet arrived today...
1 Tim 1:8-11
8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
KJV
Like Apostle Paul taught in Galatians 3, walk by The Spirit and one will not be doing anything that is against God's laws.
But walk by our 'flesh', and not by The Spirit, then one brings theirself back under God's laws. Do we see some Christian brethren sometime falling to acts of following their flesh today. YES! it is STILL going on today! And it will continue... to happen unto the day of Christ's future coming when we all will put off these houses of flesh.
What Paul said above to Timothy confirms that many of God's laws are STILL in effect for the unrighteous and ungodly and sinner. But your mind apparently dwells in some illiterate preacher's la,la land instead of the written Word of God. The doctrine of 'once saved, always saved' is a doctrine from man, not from God.
