Charges were not brought according to Florida law because according to the law, there was no evidence. This was a case of the federal government targeting a private citizen for special hostility because of a race-based agenda and dragooning a local jurisdiction to proceed with an indictment that the circumstances of the case did not warrant.Pelaides said:

I came from a country, South Africa, where all the people wanted was a job, so they could feed there families, worked hard yet where treated like crap. now I live in a country where all the aboriginal say they want, is to be treated as equals yet get free handouts and dont want to work , than cry " racists" when it suits them, the police force here cant be bothered arresting them becase it is too much trouble. Should send them all to africa for a little while,might change how they think. Nah I like the pastors statement, i have seeing far to many who call themselves :"christians" yet are not willing to forgive,they are only christian by title not by fruit.

Also, I am tired of stumbling on protestors and ignorant celebrities, wearing skittles and hoodies as a show of "support." Don't they get it that they are blindly and/or without research supporting an ingredient to make a "let's get high" potion ? And the hoodies, worn by gang members, whether the gang be asian, arian, black, or hispanic, are worn covering the head, even in very hot weather, to disguise themselves from not only law enforcement, but by rival gangs.

Even if all you said were true, it's common legal theory that when you "defend yourself" to the point of putting somebody else's life in jeopardy, it's no longer self defense. If you take a swing at me and I hit you and knock you to the ground, I've defended myself. If I keep at you, kicking and stomping you when you're no longer a threat to me, then I've broken the law. If I cause you to believe that your life is in jeopardy, you are justified in using deadly force to defend yourself. It's clear that you see everything through racial eyes, which is precisely what this pastor was alluding to. You didn't even pay attention to the trial or you would understand what the jury understood, that regardless of what events lead up to the final combat, Trevon Martin was savagely beating George Zimmerman to the point he thought his life was in danger. One juror in an exit interview said she had "no doubt" that Zimmerman feared for his life.
